Beau - just adding some info, just went to clinic for blood test and scan and they've given me the pessaries, but I also have to have a trigger injection, that I have to take, to make sure the ovulation happens, then 6 days later will be the transfer. I think that not all the ladies that do natural FET's have to have that, might just depend on the clinic?!
Lining is looking good and I'll have 1 good size follicle that will go to waste this month, as no unprotected intercourse this month What a shame.
That's it for now! Hi to everyone...

I didn't have a trigger with my natural FET. I just had b/w monitoring until O was "confirmed" and then transfer at 3dpo (day 3 embryo). I started progesterone pessaries after the transfer. Being a natural cycle, I don't see why you'd have to wait before trying again, but it may depend on your clinic's/Dr's policies?

Afm, I've finally conceded that I have O'd early again. Been cramping ever since too, so not expecting anything from this cycle. Just hoping I get a normal LP in spite of the weak O. With my low AMH, this sudden trend of O'ing earlier is worrying me... Until a few months ago I was O'ing at CD17 very reliably; now I'm either O'ing early (CD13/14) or late (CD20). The only reason we had good timing this cycle was because DH was insistent about DTD even though I didn't feel like it (and didn't think it was the right time)... I'm starting to think there may have been some pheromones involved and that DH may be a more reliable indicator than OPKs or BBTs! (In spite of what I have on my chart, I never got a +opk this cycle, but I did get 2 dark lines, so I'm guessing I missed the peak in between and marked the chart based on that assumption.)

Hi all!!! I was just wondering if it is normal to get a really sore back when taking fertility meds??? My back has been so sore for the last 2 days, and I have not been sleeping very much at all- like 4 hrs a night... I am super stressed at the moment though, I have a uni exam tomorrow and even though I have been studying I feel totally unprepared... I thought that could be why I have not been feeling right, but I don't really know...

Oh well, at least I have Friday to look forward too... Next ultrasound appointment at 08:30 Friday morning and hopefully my follicles have increased in size and I have at least 2 good ones... Can't have more than 3 though or they are gonna cancel the cycle... I really don't want that!!!
