Cheers Jo. Don't stress yourself out sending the stuff, just when you get a chance!

Afm I'm cd 55 !! What the hell! I can't believe it's this long. Im normally anywhere from 27 - 38 give or take but 55. It's ridiculous. I don't think ive ever wished for my period to come more than now! I guess it's not going to make a difference really. We won't be doing anything until our app on 22 nd with fs and everyone else. Full day of app's.
Me and my hubby have talked and don't think it will be worth starting our first cycle until next year! Firstly due to Xmas and that busy, already stress full time of the year and secondly,
Cost wise! Our fs explained that if we were to do a cycle this year and not be successful we will have to start all over again next year money wise with the Medicare rebates and stuff coz it goes on calendar years! So we would be flensing alot of money on the first cycle then be back to the start in January on the Medicare thresh hold! Who knows....
Nic I'm currently on CD61 …………..and STILL waiting to hear about a date for my lap. When I first went off the pill I had 2 cycles that were very long, one was like 50ish days and the other was up near 80! That's when I got referred to a FS and found out that it was due to me having poly-cystic ovaries.

to every one of you gorgeous ladies

I think there's still a glitch in the system at the moment... if you go to my profile and request to be a friend as well, then it should 'make it happen'.

Hhhmmmm, nope. It is saying I don't have access to this function... Maybe I haven't been here a month yet... Could have sworn I was though!!! Lol!!!

I have my ultrasound in the morning- I am so nervous about it... I really hope y follies have been good and grown over the last 6 days!!! Otherwise I think this cycle will be cancelled for sure... Not exactly something I want to experience the day before a massive exam... Guess I should head back to the books...
    to all!!! xxx

GOOD LUCK JO!! hope the US is good, and the exam goes smoothly xox

the request will pop in eventually... I was looking to PM you, and couldn't either, so you are probably right, if it doesn't kick in soon you can post a message in the help section and someone will look at it

hope everyone is well.... I'm feeling a bit tender in my ovaries today (I think!)... maybe they know DH is home and it's going to be a busy week

while it's unlikely, I'm still hoping I might get a natural surprise

So with the synarel I freak out each time that it didn't spray properly and I didn't get a full dose. Did anyone else have the same problem??

    I think I prefer injections

oh yeah!! lol... I just kept trying to be 'rational'... and say.... "I pressed it properly and it'll be okay"..... I would ALWAYS get the yucky dribble down the back of my throat, 5 minutes later, so as long as I felt that, I knew it'd be okay

at the beginning I worried often!!!

*ps.... kinda weird advising YOU for a change (after all you are a know it all.... of the best kind.... )

is it weird that I just saw Know It All... and immediately looked at the initials to realise it said... KIA.... and then thought of Killed in Action and thought.... is she trying to tell me something.....

oh my god... my pre ovulation brain is all over the place

lol..... that's what I'm going to blame it on anyway....

Thank Treenie, it always makes it easier to deal with things when you know your not the only one going through it and your not " losing your mind). Not sure if you've read an earlier post by me or not, but I do have PCOS also:-(
Good luck for AF when she decides to show up.
My last time it was this long was after I had my lapro, hysterscopy ( if that's how you say it) dye through tubes and D&C.
So who knows what's going on. certainly not me!!!
Jo you can add me to the list as ???? Lol
P.s good luck for the exam :-)

Faye, I am the same!!! I can't stand needles but being a nurse I give them to others without hesitating!!! When I had to do my first Puregon one, I had worked myself up so much that I was hyperventilating and I thought I was going I either vomit or pass out!!! When I finally calmed myself down enough to do it, I realised it didn't actually hurt at all... The worst part for me is the feeling and sound when you just push through the skin, it makes me queasy! Lol! You will be shocked how easy it will be for you to do them yourself once you try! xxx

Beau- congrats on AF!!! Sorry she is so mean to you, hopefully she pulls her head in and is kinder over the next few days!!! xxx

AFM- I picked the winning horse for today's 'Melbourne Cup'!!! That is the highlight of my week!!! Lol! I have another exam on Thursday and I am majorly lacking in motivation to study...

Thanks jo, I was alot better this morning but still got DH to do it for me. I might ease into doing it myself but at the moment I can't even watch...

Yes I'm the same, at times I've given myself a second dose just to make sure but then am always relieved when I taste it in the back of my throat!

Hard to keep up with all the "newbies" Welcome to anyone new! And good luck, that your stay here may be short and sweet!!
    No time for persies today...

AFM : Transfer day today!!! Am a bit nervous, please keep your fingers crossed for me! At least I know if this months FET doesn't work out, still another 6 frozen bubbies left... So no real pressure. Still would be awesome if this was it. Today is exactly one day before my wedding and almost 3 years since we started our TTC journey - please let this be it!

So at my appointment today I found out that there has been NO growth from my follicles in the last 6 days... FS and Nurse upped my Puregon dosage again- I'm now on 66.6 IU and I go back for another scan on Monday... Fingers crossed for some massive growth before then!!!
