    Pholi, GL for your FET!

Jane, I hope all is okay. Spotting/bleeding like that can really go either way, so I'll keep my FX that you'll have a happy outcome in spite of the worry you're feeling now.

Jane - I hope all is ok, I understand how worried you must be.
Good luck to the girls in the 2ww

AFM - I am going to hang around for a bit, if I am allowed?? I just don't know who else to talk with and I am not sure yet if I will be leaving this forum, as I have been spotting since last Sunday (brown), it was only when I went to the toilet but for the last 2 days I have always a brown line n the pad (sorry tmi). I have been to blood tests last week Mon, Wed and Fri and number were increasing normal. But I was worried for the spotting, so they agreed to have an u/s this morning (I am 5 weeks 6 days) and I am very worried because they found 1 yolk sac, but they can't see a baby growing there and they found another yolk sac, and can't see a baby growing in there either. FS said it could be still a bit earlier, but all I have read on the internet (I should have stayed away of the internet, lol) says that I should even see a heartbeat by now... The problem with the sac #2 is that is located in the area very close to the fallopian tube, but they can't tell if it is in the fallopian tube or not but the Dr looked very concerned and said if I am cramping bad I should go to the hospital, The cramps stopped last Monday.
I apologize if this is not the right place to talk about this, but I really don't know where else to go, and I am not even sure if I will be leaving this forum anyway... I hope my post makes sense, I am all confused...

Re: Long Term TTC & Assisted Conception October 2014

Caty, I would have thought 5 weeks 6 days is a bit early to see a heart beat? I know some people have had heart beats around 6 ish weeks, but not all. Lets hope it was just a bit too early. So the two sacs mean twins? I'm sorry you are going through this stressful time, and I can't talk as I've been googling my own concerns all this morning, but don't google too much hun (I've stopped), sometimes Dr Google can stress out people unnecessarily. FX the cramps stay away and the sacks are in the right place and you'll see heart beats very soon. Big hugs xxx

Re: Long Term TTC & Assisted Conception October 2014

Miss.B - Yes, apparently both implanted, and i am hoping its just early, but Dr looked very concerned, he said at this stage he couldnt say if the sac that was in the right place was going to progress, and what worries him mire was the location of the 2nd sac, he said we will have a better idea next Monday. He said if the 2nd sac keeps developing and its in the tube it could explode, so they would have to remove it.

Jane - Glad to hear the bt looks good. I have another scan next Monday. I guess i will be 6weeks 6 days then. Are you having acupuncture? Perhaps it could help with the bleeding?

Caty, let's keep everything crossed for next Monday. It's the waiting that's horrible, but if you can distract yourself with something this week that would help. I know it's so much easier said than done. Sending big hugs your way xxx

Re: Long Term TTC & Assisted Conception October 2014

CatyO, while it's possible to see a HB at 5w6d it's not very common. The HB usually starts between 6-7 weeks, to 7wks is generally when they start to worry if you don't see one. By 5w6d I think you'd expect to see a fetal pole and maybe that's what they were looking for and not finding. Problem is, everything is so small at that stage that not finding something doesn't mean it's not there. Hugs to you - I know how horrid limbo can be. Will be keeping FX that all works out well.

Jane, glad to hear the numbers were good again today. That's a long wait for your scan. Will be keeping FX for you too, hun. xx

Afm, phoned the FS's office this morning and got a script for BCP. Figured if I'm not O'ing anyway, I may as well make sure AF doesn't gate-crash my holidays... Been in so much pain today (AF started properly just after I got to work)... Lol, the worst of the pain was during my staff review - great timing!

Re: Long Term TTC & Assisted Conception October 2014

Jane and CatyO, how are you guys today? I hoping the bleeding settles soon and that you both have otherwise uneventful pregnancies x

MissB, how is the 2ww going? only a few more days til your blood test!

Juniper, I hope the pain settles. I get bad period pain too. It sucks

AFM, I saw the FS today and I'll be starting clomid. I Have to wait until late January as they're closed over Xmas/NY and they won't be able to track the follicles. DH and I will still keep trying naturally until then but it is good to have some sort of plan.

Sorry if I missed anyone. I hope everyone is doing ok

Re: Long Term TTC & Assisted Conception October 2014

Thanks ladies for all the support. Still bleeding but it is not as heavy as on the weekend.

For those of you who do or have dobe acupuncture, do you need to find one who specialises in fertility or pregnancy or is anyone ok?

Good luck miss b for the upcoming scan.

Spoons fingers crossed for a natural Christmas / new years miracle for you

Sucks to period pain juniper. Hopefully it will be done and dusted by christmas for you.
Fingers crossed for your next scan catyo. Praying for heartbeats.

    Hi ladies,

Thinking of you both with bleeding/ cramps. :/

Jane, def try to see a fertility specialist acupuncturist if you can.

Afm, BT and scan today showed lining is good, follicle is 20mm, estrogen is increasing, but no L&H surge yet, so I have another BT tomorrow, and probably the trigger tomorrow night. By my calculations, that will put t/f of my 5 day embryo on the 24th!
