Sorry to hear Miss.B and Jane big hugs to you both xx

I've been a bit silent on here, but always reading, still saving away..
But today, I've just got back from an outing with my parents (did some hill climbing and possibly over did it somewhat) and went to the loo, and (sorry tmi) when I wiped there was a huge glob of EWCM and a big streak of blood in it.. I wiped a few more times and more EWCM and smaller amounts of blood.. I'm only on cd10 so I'm a little confused, I haven't had this before.. Could it just be from over doing it? I've had the large globs before but never the blood, and never had mid cycle spotting before.. Any experience or ideas?
