Thats what I have been getting. I cant remember if I got it last time. I know my boobs were sore but I had just done a stim, so assumed it was that.

Omg, so nervous!! LH surge today (b/w 31 and had an almost +opk at 1pm), O tomorrow (to be confirmed Friday), thaw on Sunday and, god willing, transfer Monday. I was really happy when the nurse said to come in on Friday for more b/w to confirm O! The FS really did listen to me about my concerns! Geez, I'm easy to please, aren't I? Monday is a public holiday here, so was told transfer will probably be 7am, but I will find out more on Friday. Assuming O is confirmed Friday, we just have to hope and pray that our little embie survives the thaw and makes it to transfer. We've never had a viable day 4 embryo (which is what we're aiming for here). I'm going to be a basket case on Sunday, expecting a bad news phone call any minute! Acupuncture again tomorrow to help O along. Will be cornering DH tonight as well so that the cycle doesn't go to waste if the embryo doesn't make it.

Eep! I feel sick with anxiety already...

Krikkit, we haven't changed clinics, but we did change to a new FS. Best move ever. We wouldn't have DD if we hadn't done that. Our first FS repeatedly (for 2 years) refused to do a lap to investigate endo. Our new FS recommended a lap within 5 mins of meeting him. If the clinic or Dr you're with isn't right for you, then a change can be just what you need.

Thanks ladies! Did I mention I'm sooooo nervous about the coming days?!

Ooooh, sore boobie/boobies is always a welcome good sign Vic, FX hun!!!

Juniper, I'm sorry hun, I got my wires crossed somewhere as I thought you're doing a natural cycle, duh!! GL for your transfer hun, I would also be cornering my OH for that extra chance! lol.

Krikkit, I am a dumbo, I still can't find your picture! I clicked on your user name then clicked on 'about me' and then clicked on the albums but couldn't get in ???

Emma, great to hear from you hun! Sorry about your DD, tonsilitis sucks! Hope she feels better soon. I can't hep you with the dye question hun, sorry!

Minnie, my FS lives in his own little world I think he has a lot more faith in me than me!! He basically said that based on my history, having 3 BFPs out of 4 cycles, he doesn't see the need to do the pgd testing, he thinks my embyos are OK. He said that I had two good embryos in the first two cycles (resulting in healthy babies) and the third cycle produced an embryo with a trisomy 16 (mind you I was 41 in my 3rd cycle this year). I kept reminding him that the two embryos we got 4 years ago were from god eggs, now my eggs are older. My suspicion is that the reason he told me that I would need around 8 to 10 embyos to do the pgd testing, was to put me off. He even said 'don't wast your money' ! So I have decided that if we get nothing in this up coming cycle, or if we get a pg then a m/c (I hope not), I will really push for the testing as I will have more ammunition.

I am thinking about changing - will PM you all when I get a tick, this is just quicker. I saw a "new" clinic in Feb and we decided against moving our frozen embies and the whole process as it felt like we had to start all over again. And now that the end of the week is coming after what was a severe and crappy icsi process with OHSS and zero support from them during that.... I am really thinking about changing for good. The benefits are starting to out weigh the negatives that were earlier this year.

I have lost confidence in my current FS as he has "decided" to not do clinic and just do his transfer/egg collection one day a week until NEXT year! so I would be palmed off to one of the other specialists in the clinic. It happened too many times for my liking since I started with them back in 2008. I am 80-90% sure I am ready to make the change, but concerned that my current clinic wont share data and be a PITA about it all. Forcing me back to square one with the new FS.

I know that most clinics work as a "team" but once you have built a relationship with one person you sorta don't want to change drs.

ho-hum.. my mind is running 100 miles an hour and I sorta don't want to make this decision and regret it. Hubby will go with whatever I suggest as its more about how comfortable I feel with the whole process and people

I have also booked a consult in October with a FS from yet another clinic... (your nk cell FS, n2l...). I am very happy where I am atm, but I feel it never hurts to get a second (or third...) opinion & to make sure you have all the info you need. I need a lot of info. ; )

Just popping in quickly, I can highly recommend dr Thompson at concept fertility. I had another fs prior to him and was really unhappy. First shot with him and bam I was pregnant, he came recommended to me by another beautiful bb member. If you want any other details feel free to ask! Xx
