Sorry there's so much pain and tears happening right now :-(
    Just horrible x

Afm - accu today where she is pleased with everything so far, but has altered my diet again. Even with wheat free the kilos are not shifting much......... This is typical as I find it so hard to shift weight.
So now I am having warm foods. Most things must be cooked somehow. I was having salads everyday, but the raw foods are not working for me. It's a whole lot more preparation which is stressful as I didn't really have much time in the day as it was!

Just thought this might help someone else struggling with weight.

Let's kick AF's butt this month!

Williever ~ I remember part of an exam question whe I was at uni was something about how your body needs to make food a certain temp to digest it! their example was beer and ice cream needs to be warmed! and to do that your body has to burn calories. In saying that the amount is probably nothing compared to the calories in the food... Hope it is what you need to tip you over and start seeing some results.
Can I ask what people went on for fet? I can't remember what I was on as it was a couple of years ago since my last. But just trying to remember to prepare myself .

Hi TT40, I have done two FET's so far and I was on Progynova tablets 3 times a day from about day 3 I think and then progesterone pessaries a few days before my scheduled transfer ( don't quote me on the timings though) and the pessaries were twice a day.

    When will your cycle start?

I am on nothing for FETs.... Kind of a nice change.... Certainly less physically stressful than a stim cycle.

I would love to do that, I tried naturally my first FET but I got to day 22 and still no peak so my cycle was cancelled

TT40 I did HRT for my FET this time; oestrodial tabs, Ralovera tabs, progesterone pessaries, prednisone, Clexane, Aspirin and Feldene.

HRT basically takes over your cycle, stops you ovulating (like putting you in menopause) then they build your lining back up. The Clexane Aspirin Prednisone are to cover any auto immune response/killer cells or clotting disorders and finally feldene for Inflammation! My fs is known to be intensive with his intervention and covers all bases! He's admitted he's a control freak lol but it worked for me

Thanks girls. Fx I won't need anything....but might be safe to assume it will be pesseries and prednisolone...
Kel ~ am currently waiting for AF to do a cycle to see what I do need to be on, and then do it the cycle after that, so about dec I would guess
