just an update !!

i took myself off to a herbalist/accupunturist / chinese medicine people today ( i have been to them before about my ****y knee and after i MC last year) basically we talked about my cycles and whether what we did last time had any benefit regarding Ivf this time round thankfully i have charted my cycles since i did IVF last sept so nearly 12 months of charting proved that things are heading on to the up side of norm !!!! they said theat accupunture at this stage would be of no benefit and treated me for stress and did accupunture on my knee and ankle instead then the hearblist put me on mineral salts 3 times a day and i have to go back next week very interesting and i feel so much better about everything
