    Hi Lovelies,

Tasha - I can understand the fear of another catheter so I'd suggest you ask your FS about a valium before hand. Mine gives them before a FET so that uterus is nice and relaxed and does not spasm i don't see why the same wouldn't work for IUI and it might relax your cervix a bit more and make it less painful.

Saffy - I hope the night shifts weren't too tough. Have you decided what to do about your next EPU cycle?

Minnie - I think you will O on a decent day now and the spermies will be waiting. No idea if it is the vitex but maybe.

Mich - Seems we are all all over the place at the moment! Maybe the planets are affecting all our cycles! It is so confusing. I hope things start moving and you get your IUI soon.

Joeve - Are you in the TWW now? Will you be the first BFP we are looking for in 2012?

AFM - I had a nice Christmas. I have not totally decided about this cycle though my brother and I have started on a weight loss challenge with each other. I though AF was going to go completely awol but I started cramping and spotting this morning. I'm not expecting anything different to the last 5 months so I'll see how it goes as to whether I try this month or wait for IUI in Feb. My FS is away till the 9th so I won't be able to discuss it with him till then. Quick question, does anyone else do cervix checking? I don't usually but I did this morning and according to the book it should be low, dry and hard and it was the complete opposite! Any ideas?

Mich8- damn difficult cervix's! Good luck with the weight loss challenge.

Minnie- I am not on metformin for the pcos, but I don't think I am insulin resistant either. Is that why metformin is prescribed? And yes I have a lack on EWCM, I have plenty of the lotion stuff, just no EW stuff, ever. I have had metronizadole prescribed 4 times in the past year for BV. It makes me feel so nauseas I hate it, but every time DH and I BD it seems to come back I haven't had a swab, but 2 different GP's say that's what it is and I get the symptoms of it too. Keep a close eye on those OPK's, you don't want to miss it! How cool if we had home x-rays so we could see exactly what is happening in there

Joeve- I always get really sore nipples the day before ovulation and about 5 days after too. I hope you caught the egg this time, FX

Sunbeam- I have a little phobia of valium or diazepam or any of those kind of pills. Maybe I can ask what he can do for me, it's a good idea though. Can't help you with the cervix checking, I haven't actually done it. Good luck with the weight loss challenge!

Sunbeam yay on the weight loss challenge I think I need to jump on board! No idea about cervix position although I have read that it can change throughout the day.
Tasha I think they must be able to give you something as the anxiety wouldn't be good for you x
Mini hope you o today and join me in the tww!
    Hello everyone else x

Well there is no doubt if I have ovulated this cycle, I have been in so much pain the last 3.5 hours, I swear my whole ovary feels like it is imploding (or should that be exploding, either way it's REALLY bad) !!

Well out of nowhere my OPK is positive tonight! Hopefully the IUI will be able to be organised in time and then I can join you - Joeve and Minnie in the tww.
Hopefully your unpleasant ovulation means you've produced a great egg Minnie
