Minnie - ooh, good luck for thurs It's scary and exciting. I just had my graduation for my Masters last night - so I was glad the OPK was negative.
Joeve- wow, last April. That's not the way the "I was just about to start IVF but got pregnant..." story is supposed to go
Tasha - good work resisting the call of the applicator That's great about DH's new job. My partner didn't come to the nurse's appointment either.
Andie - I'm with you on the sluggish eggs, grr! You're poor bruised arms with all these BTs. I'm drug, hormone and BT free this month so just peeing to detect the surge. This is my waiting to start IVF cycle. I've had as short as 17 day cycles in the past - why does this have to be a long one??!!
    Saffy - Bring on tomorrow!!!!!
    Hi Matthew's Mum and all

Well, my egg's still hiding away. I think I'll just have to ttc this month to escape the boredom

    Hi girls,

mich- typical isn't it, just when you want to get moving our bodies go into hibernation! Hope you surge soon x
andi-hopefully if they grow 2mm a day you should be good to go by at least nearly next week, just twiddle your thumbs a bit longer girl x
minnie- wow bring on tomorrow, it has gone quick! FX for some good embies darl x
matthewsmum- HI!! Lovely for you to pop in and see us x
tasha- I know what you mean about not trying for a cycle, you always think "what if??". Dh's usually dont' have to go to nurses appts, its to explain the medications and cycle to you. I guess if your DH was giving you the injections he should but judging by your DH's BT aversion I would say he isn't
joeve-hows you tww dragging?? Have you stocked up on hpts??x
sunbeam-hi mate how is everything travelling for you? x
toomanyshoes- how did you manage to not ttc for 6 months, were you secretley looking for ewcm every day?? Good luck w your tww x

AFM- sorry girls but I am not going to bring good news tomorrow, I am certain I am a bfn, have been testing post my last pregnyl injection and its almost gone, only the faintest of lines left so will be a one liner tomrrow I'm afraid. And to add insult to injury, I have had a lot of nausea for the last week from the hcg- sooo unfair, ms without a pregnancy This will be my 3rd failed cycle in a row, so getting pretty dire here. I don't want to break the news to DH either that it hasn't worked.
The only bright point in my morning ( after dreaming all night that I was pregnant then waking up to do a almost neg hpt) was that i have lost more weight so very excited about that, have started exercising today too, hopefully next cycle i will be a lean, mean, egg producing machine!

Saffy bummer about the line. I hope so badly you get an awesome surprise tomorrow.
Well still no referal slip in the mail to get my prog bt. I can't be bothered chasing them up so at least I can be in denial that maybe I didn't ov. I have lots of cm a mix of creamy and tougher than normal ewcm but looks the same- you know shiny! Sooo that could be a good sign right? Cd23 and just 5-6 more days of this slow tww to go. DH said I look different this month I hope he is right!

    Hi Girls,

Saffy - I'm so sorry that it is not looking positive for tomorrow . It is totally unfair about the feeling sick and pg when you aren't. Well done on the weight loss and lets hope the lean mean you will have an awesome next cycle.

Mich - What is it with all our missing eggs!!! I think it is about time we change the name of this thread to LT TTCWTWLO (LT TCC with the world's laziest lazy ovaries) . I love the idea of weight "just falling off" but it has never ever happened to me my whole life I don't really think it'll start now even when I stop the drugs, more's the pity! Yes 100 does sound low. I'm on 75 just for IUI. I was on 300 my first cycle but totally over stimulated and got 20 eggs. The next cycle I was on 250 and coasted for a few days (ie drugs were stopped) and got 12 eggs. It is amazing how different each clinic is but I guess they were also going off how much I needed for IUI

Tomanyshoes - Hi and welcome back. I loved my 4 month break last year, life is so much easier when you are not TTC. I hope you do not have to try for long.

Minnie - I hope tomorrow's EPU is nice and easy on you and that there are some lovely embies waiting for you next week.

Tasha - I'm glad DH has found a job he loves. Sorry you didn't get to DTD this time after all that patient waiting.

Andie - I hope tomorrow's bt shows your follie has got its butt in gear so you can get on with your FET

Joeve - I hope they are good signs babe, we need a BFP in here soon its been ages. I always get them to fax bt referrals direct to my local pathology so I can go straight in, saves having to wait for them.

AFM - Had a bt today which showed good E but they want to do it again tomorrow and friday and a scan friday too, talk about pin cushion! I don't know why they need tomorrows. Plus with a scan friday my insem may be saturday or monday so donor daddy is now stressed about when to start abstaining. I sometimes forget he has only been doing this 4 months and not 4 years like me.

On the weight front I have managed to start to get it to shift down slowly but I am now on an hour of exercise a day and 800-900cals. My body is just too damn efficient but that's what you get when you come from Russian and northern European stock, big hips and a body that stores everything to get you through the harsh winters. See that's my only trouble, no harsh winters on the Gold Coast!!! Still I am determined to fight on.

Sunbeam yay about the good E what do they classify as good anyway? Yay donor daddy and his stress about compliance love it he wants to follow the rules!
Saffy one more awake babe x
Tasha right hurry up AF and on to the next cycle!
Mich whats with your egg MIA! Far out we are a weird bunch!
    Hello everyone else.
Well this CM is ridiculous so I thought maybe I have screwed up and I am actually late oing? I did an opk and got a darkish second line, darker than any other this month but def not positive... who knows what is going on. Hurry up TWW you are doing my head in.

Joeve - How frustrating! Why can't we be like those women with 28 day cycles that O on cd14 each month! My E was 1500 which she said could mean one big one or two smaller follies.

    hi ladies,

sunbeam - you're almost making me feel guilty enough to get off my own butt and go for a run/walk... almost. i dont know where you are getting your motivation from, but i want some. hope you get a gentle nurse for your BT's tomoz & fri so your arms arent too bruised. ill leave it up to you to let donor daddy know when to 'freshen' up...

saffy - those preg. dreams are so bittersweet. not sure what else to say except i wish you were feeling like you might get a pos tomorrow, but you know yourself when it has/hasnt worked. women's intuition and all that (and a little help from those hpts...). let us know how you go tomorrow.

mich - im with sunbeam re: lazy ovaries thread. not sure what's going on! probably got performance anxiety or something... our eggs will turn up eventually.

minnie - best of luck tomorrow.

    hi everyone else.

not much to report here, just waiting... another BT tomoz, really hope something is happening by then.

Andie - It might sound negative but my motivation comes from me deciding I don't want to be fat and childless. I can't do anything about the child part but I've gained 14kg while TTC and I'm damned if that's all I'm going to be left with at the end! (pi#@ed off angry face!)

sunbeam - fair enough too! doesnt sound neg. at all, sounds determined and focused. i have been lucky in that respect i guess, generally i just put a little chunk on around the middle while on the drugs, but a month or two off ivf usually settles things down. oh, to have a 28 day cycle, with ovulation at day 14...

Ah Saffy I really hope your intuition is completely off - even tho it's usually spot on. I agree, telling DH/ DP is the worst part!!
Sorry to hear you've been sick toomanyshoes, you poor thing
Joeve - how confusing! Why can't anything be straight forward?? Are you going to keep doing OPKs just in case?
Sunbeam - I knew 100 was a low dose, maybe they can up it if I don't respond? You sound like you're on a very harsh diet/ ex regime, but I'm the same. My body just holds on to everything and I have to be quite extreme to lose any weight
Andie & Sunbeam - I gained 12 kg while ttc. My diet/ ex motivation comes from this silly theory in the back of my mind that if I get back to the weight I was when I managed to get preg, i'll be able to do it again. 5 kilos to go!
Thinking of you for tomorrow Minnie x

In my laid back, relaxed month of "not trying, not avoiding" I've used more OPKs than ever before!! This egg is on the naughty list! I've had a achey left ovary for 3 days and today EWCM came to the party - but still nowhere near positive. What the...?

Mich - I have such a love/hate relationship with OPK's. I think they cause me the most stress try to interpret whether is + or -, also with my cycle being anywhere from 26 to 32 days long now I go through so many! This cycle I had 3 clear +'s, what's up with that?

Saffy - thinking of you and also hoping your wrong and good news is coming for you

Minnie oh crossing everything for something wonderful and lots of super eggs!!
Sunbeam yep I hear you about the weight gain and I agree I don't want to be left with just that! Yay for one big follie hopefully!
    Mich get dtd!!
Andie hello hope things are tracking along ok for you.
Saffy I am so hoping your intuition is playing up and you get a bfp today.
I will do another opk at 11 and see what happens all my imaginary preg symptoms have left the building... Meh to this.

Sunbeam- you had me cracking up with your northern European peasant hips- I've got them too, thanks to Latvian and Danish grandparents- they are a curse!! Didn't get the brown Danish skin either so I am spewing! Poor donor daddy, his head must be reeling with the information!

    Minnie- good luck!

    joeve- thats ridiculous

toomanyshoes- yep buy opks in bulk alright, they are very easy to go through

mich-thanks hun. We all need a personal ovualtion assistant who will follow us around and tell us what is happening to our ovulation, its too confusing!

andi-thanks also hun. Waiting is the worst!!

Tasha- hi babe, hope you are ok.

AFM- BT done, so now can't wait to talk to the nurse and see if I can go into another cycle straight away. I wonder when my AF will come, still got the faintest of lines on hpt ( couldn't resist doing another) I hope its not a long wait, want this crap cycle over and done with!!

No, its the faintest thing you've ever seen, I have the last few days tests and each line is half as strong as the last, tomorrow would be nothing. I've moved on from this cycle already, don't worry.
