AFM- BFN as I suspected. I am a bit concerned about my prog. level. Even though I'd been on 600mg of pesseries per day it was still only 37.7! I'm thinking of getting a referral to an endochronologist to get my levels checked out properly. I stayed on the prog till last night in the hope that I can get AF to come around mon-tues so that if I have a good cycle I will be able to get my insems in in the 3 days before my birthday weekend.

sunbeam: thanks for the thoughts, unfortunately i had another blood test friday and it showed my levels had dropped by 2000 (19000 to 17000) so the dr has said it is a non viable pregnancy, i will have a scan wednesday just to confirm that.
sorry about the bfn, interesting about your progesterone, does seem low for all the progesterone you are on, what more can you do to increase it ?
i hope af cooperates for you and you can work things around your birthday (when exactly is it ?)

Crafty - What's happening?
AFM- The full moon brought me a lovely clarity this morning (yes it was still up when I went for my walk at 5.30am). I have decided to try this cycle and if it is a BFN I will ask Donor boy if we can freeze some swimmers at the clinic. We will still keep trying till Christmas and I will still go to Vietnam in Feb if I am not pg. I will initially go for 3 months and if I decide it is not where I want to be then I can come back and do IUIs with the frozen sperm. It lets me feel my options are still open and I don't have to face the horrible "that's it then I'm never going to have a baby" thought. 3 months away and doing something so totally different might be just what I need. :D
Whoo AF totaly playing the game and arived this morning. Hve booked my cd14 scan and if I have a good cycle I will O on my birthday, 2 days before my party :-)

sunbeam and everyone else thanks so much, you are right the scan went as expected, still measured the same as 2 weeks ago and no heartbeat :-( i really don't know where to go from here, this is my 4th loss in a row & i think im done trying
how frustrating for you with af, i don't really know but wouldn't light af mean the last cycle lining wasn't very thick ? maybe thats why your progesterone wasn't very high ?
Oh Minnie I am so sorry sweetie. I know there are no words to change how you are feeling right now. I know for you (and I) there is an answer out there somewhere as to why this keeps happening, if only we could find it. It sucks.:comfort: I also understand the wanting to quit feeling, each of us can only take so much heartache. We are here for you.
My lining was scanned on cd14 and was good. No idea where it went, if anywhere!

AFM- Due for my cd14 day scan on monday. Feeling very unsure of this cycle as I had such a short and feeble AF, I will be partying hard all next weekend and Donor boy is not in the happiest space right now, not even sure if he'll agree to do this month! I'm in a "really starting to believe it'll never happen" space so thank goodness I have my birthday to focus on.

Hi girls, looks like i'll be back in here soon, had a scan today which didn't go well, measuring a week behind with a slow heartbeat, the FS thinks its inevitable, having a scan in a week to check, I'm shattered of course.

afm: i have had my miscarriage earlier this week, to make matters worse i also had gastro a few days before the bleeding started so i have had a miserable horrible few weeks. im seeing my specialist next month, mostly because i booked the appointment 4 months ago as a kind of come back then if you aren't pregnant, i was hoping i wouldn't need it. we will talk over options then but im not sure i want to even go on at this point

AFM ~ I'm at that point again - lots of significant PG type symptoms - quite sore BB's, strong lower tummy cramps, fairly high temps, constipation but really I'm scared to get too hopeful. Oh well FX'd I guess. Trying not to test just yet as I dont want to get a BFP then stress over it.

I was just driving home thinking 'I wonder how Saffy is going she'll be 7 weeks tomorrow I have to look in on her in PAML'. Just can't believe it. There is no logic in this unfair world :shakehead:. Loops - Oh goodness it is sounding promising. When will you hold out to test till?
AFM- It occurred to me this morning that maybe I am not getting pregnant because in my heart I don't want to in case I miscarry again. I wonder if subconsciously I am protecting myself from the hurt, I find it harder and harder to imagine myself heavily pregnant or with a baby. Just a thought.:rolleyes:

So sad to see you here Saffy. I don't know what to say because I certainly don't want to be the type that says "Don't give up hope" or "Think positive" when there is nothing to be done, that's right up there with "Just relax" and "it was / wasn't meant to be". But I have this instinct to be positive because at this stage we can't know anything for certain, time can change things and specialists can be proven wrong. :hug:
Sunbeam I was having some similar thoughts and I had a few conversations about feelings and thinking and how they can affect getting pregnant or staying pregnant. My sister and I came up with this: It doesn't matter what I think or feel; flip it around, no matter how much a pregnant teenager thinks about and wishes for an unwanted pregnancy to disappear, it ain't going any where. No matter how much a pregnant woman who doesn't want to be pregnant hopes and wishes to not be, unless something physical happens the pregnancy won't magically stop. And like wise however I feel and think about hoping to fall pregnant, unless everything works out physically there's not much that I can do. That helped me feel better because I like facts and science and realising that I was doing what I call "magical thinking" made me stop blaming myself for these "thoughts" but everyone is different, lots of people find comfort in lots of different types of thinking. :)

Well another NATURAL BFP :)
This time tests have been a lot stronger incl a clear blue 1-2 weeks pregnant (which means 3-4)
So needing lots of :stickyvibesgirl::stickyvibesboy: and I am trying not to stress.
Having blood test today.

Not getting too excited yet - as Ive had a lot of negative signs the last couple of days - bad headaches, cramps, temp dropping and now I have a lot of mucous. Hoping its not AF mucous and AF symptoms.
BT result just came in - BHCG was 140 which is pretty low but I do have long cycles so she said dont panic. Find out in a day or so about P4.
loops- chin up- thats a great BHCG, anything over 20 is considered pos, lots of mucous is a classic pregnancy sign too, also cramping and headaches, I have had all of thoses signs for my whole pregnancy, so please don't get too stressed xxxx

AFM - Had my scan on monday cd14 and my follie was only 12mm and lining 5mm so there are 2 possibilities either I will O on saturday which will mean I'm out this month as I will not be able to insem with everything else going on over my birthday weekend and donor boy starting his new job or O'ing my be even more delayed to next week which would be great. Have to go for a BT tomorrow morning to find out (what a way to start my birthday!) If I am going to O over the weekend I have decided to make the most of having a month of no TTC and going to get back in my little gym and try and shift a few more kilos. I saw my GP today as I had to get new referral to FS and I got a referral to another FS (a fertility endocrinologist) as well for a second opinion as I am concerned about my AF getting shorter and shorter.
