joeve- I'm pretty boring, just working and waiting for scan next week.....I hate it when I'm in a tww and know I missed O (ie like last month) it takes the pressure off tho I suppose!
maruscke- *hugs* sorry you are falling out w your mum, I hope you get a surpirse bfp this month though
sunbeam- oh I'm so happy you have quit work! Sounds like a good decision and plan.... I dream of the day DH says to me I should quit work and just concentrate on IVF...dream on Enjoy your relaxing, at least you live somewhere with nice weather so you can go for walks and swim *jealous*, I really think stressful work situations don't do anyone any favours with trying ot get UTD.
tasha- our BFPs tend to come in clusters here, who will be the first?? Glad you had a normal AF too.

afm- nothing exciting happening here, just trying to get my head around the fact my precious kitty will be gone soon, so trying to make his days happy My acupuncturist has given me some herbs to try and dampen down my immune system for the next transfer, she doesn't use them often but has had 100% success rate....omg knowing me I'll be her first failure . She was really worried that they taste so horrible- AS IF I CARE! They can taste like s**t and i will still take them if they work

Saffy what do they do? What's the immune system thing you have?

Because I have had a lot of m/c she thinks theres an immune relationship going on, and I got a positive result on anticardiolipin antibodies which is to do with clotting but also autoimmune related. Apparently your body sees the embryo as a foreign invader and attacks it ( I've got a book at home that explains it better, or properly at least) but it makes sense if you read about it. The chinese herbs apparently help suppress your immune response to the embryo- worth a shot in my opinion!
Apparently its not an area well studied and many FS drs don't 'believe' in it but many do.
I think theres better info in the m/c and loss thread, theres a sticky thread about testing after m/c.

AF has STILL not left the building for me! Rude! Why am I having 7-8 day AF's post m/c?? Usually 4-5 days. Over it, esp as I want a nice lining on Tues at my scan.

Saffy sorry AF is being stupid. Are you on aspirin now? Could this effect AF?

I really don't feel positive at all, actually I feel a bit down in the dumps. I have one more IUI up my sleeves and then hubby wants to stop and rely on acupuncture and a naturopath. I just don't think that will do anything to help us .

Hope this one is it for you. We are on a path to clomid then ivf. FS doesn't think iui will be suitable for us. Let's hope this month works for both of us so we don't have to worry.

Maruschke, I think it's just the sight of a BFN that makes us down in the dumps. Weather it be way too early or not! Gosh they should make HPT's illegal unless you can prove how many DPO you are Save us all the grief! Your a BFP in the making, I can feel it....

No, I have my appointment next Monday. I'm guessing he'll give me provera and then we'll start. FX it's before christmas! Oh, I hope the FS doesn't go on loooong holdays.
