Saffy I find poas makes the time go faster it becomes a blur of wee catching and eyeball squinting. I hope you get some more promising vision tomorrow.
Sunbeam I hear you, I don't know how much more I have in me for this. It's consuming and exhausting. I hope you get your bfp babe.
    Minnie hugs
    M hugs to you too.

sunbeam: sorry to hear it was another bfn for you, its so hard not to get despondent with it all. good discovery on the progesterone pessaries, i paid $120 yesterday for 30 !

saffy: i hope your bfn changes to a bfp soon :-)

Maruschke: from my limited knowledge of ivf 9 sounds like a good number to have ?

joeve: good to hear the hycosy went well, you get busy the next few days, interesting about the polycystic ovaries, when i had mine done one ovary had about 14 follicles and they classed it as poly cystic and the other had about 9 which didn't qualify (but i do have pcos)

afm: i am seriously dreading the timed dtd, ivf tempts me from the point of view of not having to dtd, tmi but throughout my cycle i have af then we are dtd for ovulation and then im using the pessaries twice a day, i seriously feel like there is always something coming out of "there" all the time and because of the pessaries we don't dtd unless its ovulation time and its seriously taking its toll on our relationship *sigh*

    Hi lovelies,

Minnie and Maruschke - I have to say I have often been grateful that TTC has never impacted on my sex life (of course the down side is that for me, having sex is never going to get me UTD either!)

Just wanted to share some interesting info. Not sure if I mentioned that i saw a homeopath a few weeks ago. He got me to do a hair analysis and I got the results back today. I have always maintained that my fertility issues and other health things for me are related to an adrenal dysfunction (I had nothing to back this up but if fits with all my stuff and the things I've read.) Anyway looks like I might be right. My copper, calcium and magnesium are off the chart (copper should be between 0.9 and 3.9 and mine is 9.2 and calcium should be 22-97 and mine is 380!) Just been doing a bit of googling and seems these high readings and imbalances are can cause adrenal problems and in turn fertility issues and miscarriage. Of course the list of foods high in copper are mostly just a list of my fave foods pecans, walnuts, avocado, chocolate etc! Looks like I'll be living on chicken and boiled rice for a while I'll let you know more when I've seen the homeopath again.

    Hi everyone!

Sunbeam-I'm sorry about the BFN. Good to finally get some closure on your fertility troubles though

Maruschke-glad your scan went well, hope it all goes smoothly for you.

Minnie-DH and I pretty much only DTD on O dates too. We argue about it a lot so you are definitely not alone in that one! You know, once you call it a day you will probably fall PG

Saffy-sorry about the BFN, but yes it is still early! Fingers crossed.

Joeve-so your HyCosy went well? I have 17-20 follies on each ovary from what I can remember, so sounds like you are doing well, good luck!

AFM: still just waiting for ovulation. CD25 today so it should be coming in about 20 more days! I am just so ready to be a mum, I have no idea what it's like as I don't even have one yet I can't wait to experience birth and raise a child. Sometimes I worry that I won't be able to have one, let alone a couple. But I know I have to stay positive.

Okay so I think I might actually end up insane from this journey. I had to test this morning because I had run out of pesseries and if it was negative I planned to just stop using them a day early since it really wouldn't matter, but no in true mess-with-your-head-TTC-madness a very very faint line appeared!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So then I had to go to the clinic to get more pesseries as my order from the compounding chemist will not be ready till thursday and since I was there they did a bt anyway! So now I have to wait till 2pm to find out more. My stress of course is increased by the fact that it is a super faint line on 13dpo which makes me worry that it is either going to be chemical or short lived. Either way I am taking the positive from it that donor daddy and I are compatible and my 40yo eggs aren't completely past it.

Sorry for the all about me but bit stressed, I'll let you know when I know more.
