you girls are making me laugh with your poas antics, i can't say i have ever pulled one apart but i'll keep it in mind if there is a next time

Maruschke: good luck tomorrow, i hope it all goes well

sunbeam: sorry to hear you are none the wiser today, hopefully tomorrow's test shows things more clearly

saffy: i know you said you expected it to be a bfn but it is still disappointing

joeve: i can't recall any strange things after the hycosy, go get busy with dh !

Tasha: when you were on clomid did you ovulate on it ? did it happen still late in the cycle then too ?

Minnie, yes I ovulated every cycle on clomid and always ovulated on CD18 with a 32 day cyle. Oh if only it would stay that way!

Sunbeam, I'm pretty sure I ovulate every cycle, but the problem is I only have about 3-5 cycles a year

    Maruschke, good luck for tomorrow!

    Hi girls,

HCG was <5 today as suspected so another chem. pg for me. I am okay about it now and actually quite encouraged that donor daddy and I almost succeeded on only our second go. Lets hope all my relaxing and no work gives us a real baby soon. Thank you all for all your support and care.

Mar - 7 eggies that rocks well done how are you feeling? Best of luck with the fertilisation, go eggies go!

    Happy friday everyone.

sunbeam: sorry to hear it has turned into a chemical pregnancy its encouraging and upsetting at the same time

saffy: sorry (again) for your bfn too

Maruschke: great news for you, i hope you aren't feeling too sore

Tasha: i don't really know much of your story, are you on metformin, have you had your prolactin levels tested ?

Joeve: do you think you are close to ovulation ? are you opt's ?

can i ask what seems like a really silly question.......how do you girls define a chemical pregnancy versus a miscarriage.......i have had 2 miscarriages that i guess some people would class as chemical pregnancies, with them i got af a few days sooner than i expected and it went on too long and i had pregnancy symptoms so tested and got bfp (but was bleeding the whole time), i also had positive blood test results and then the numbers began to drop.
i guess what im asking is do i really have 4 "angels" or were 2 of those "chemical pregnancies" ? (or is it all just words and i should go on how i feel about it myself ?)

I think that anytime you see a BFP, and don't take home a baby, you have an angel. And you are allowed to grieve the passing of that baby (and the hope that goes with it). To me it didn't matter that my first lasted 2 days and my second just a week.

joeve: so you are saying you wouldn't class that as a miscarriage ? (there are no right or wrong answers).

Maruschke: i guess what im wondering is have i "just" had 2 miscarriages (9 weeks) and the other 3 (including my CP 2 weeks ago) were "only" chemical pregnancies. i guess if i think of all my miscarriages and CP as babies i have lost it is overwhelming to me, im probably not making sense, just something i was wondering since i had the Cp 2 weeks ago

Ahh I see what you mean. I think you had one miscarriage and three chemicals. Not to diminish any of your cp's of course. But I think they call it a cp if you don't have a fetal heartbeat.
