    Hey ladies,

Emstar - I'm so glad everything is ok. It must have been so scary for you.

CK77 - that was the same time mine first scan was scheduled for, so don't worry. the FS will then probably do one every 2 days.

terry - that's amazing about the anti-bodies. Is there a remedy for that?

Loops - I can't believe its still going - you have a little fighter on your hands there!!

Melttc - I found the first week went pretty quickly, it was just towards the end of the second week that the people around me that knew said 'do a test, do a test'!! And I caved!! But next time, I'll be sure not to cave!! It has just caused further anxiety I think...

KrisGray - GL with BT on Saturday

    dreamrise659 GL with your cycle.

GL to everyone else, wherever you are in your cycle!!

AFM - just had some confusing news from the FS ... he said that I wasn't out yet, that 16 was not the residue, my progestorone levels were through the roof, and that technically I was 30 days pregnant. He said just to wait till 9:30am when my results will be through to see what my hcg level was doing. The thing is, I stopped taking the presseries on Tuesday and had a few glasses of wine in the meantime (thinking I was really out). Anyway, I guess I'll just have to be confused until 9:30 - only 47 minutes away (not that I'm counting)!!

M2B, I just sent you a PM and replied to you in the TWW. Wow, FX for you. Not long till you hear now - 15 minutes! I'll check in again soon.

Terry, can I ask what test you had done that discovered you were in the 5% group? Is it natural killer cells? I had a whole lot of tests done earlier this year and everything came back fine, but NK cells test has slipped through the cracks. I had a BT for it this week but haven't got the results back yet. It's all very interesting, though. What is the recommended treatment for you?

AFM, it didn't work - again - this cycle. I've been keeping to myself a fair bit. We've swapped doctors and the new FS is throwing everything at us. But my body isn't playing ball as what I thought was AF was heavy spotting. If it doesn't come soon, all my dates for scans etc will be out and my FS may be out of the country when the transfer happens! Damn!

Hello Girls, sorry I have been MIA for quite a long time XXXXX
Had a bit of a rough trot for the past month trying to cope with my MC from last year, and the girls from MC+Loss forum have been great.
I will try to catch up quickly on whats happening!!

Emstar, so glad to hear that everythink is ok after that scary bleed XX Am praying that the rest of you pregnancy can go nice and smooth from here on in XXX

Loops, honey, wow I have read a little of your story, I can't beleive you have had to take the long road on this, darling I am sure things will be fine, rest up and think happy thaughts, and congrats by the way XXXXX

JBM good luck for your next cycle, I look forward to sharing your crazy moments with you!!XX

Mum2b, I am eagerly awaiting your post, I hope you have good news for us XXX

Terry, am so glad you have mentioned this test, I suggested it to my FS last month and he said that unless I have 3 unsuccessfull attempts at IVF, he doesn't want to think of that yet..............ok for him, we can swap bank accounts if he wants!!

Melttc, you are a strong woman!! Good luck with the rest of the TWW XX

Mellybelly I hope that your cycle runs smooth and successfull!! Wish I could use your excuse to get out of familt easter!!!

KGray, welcome honey, and good luck!X

CK77 it's not corny, whats corny, is that I went out and got the Twilight books and am obsessed with them!! Can't put the darn things down!! Im in love with Edward.....shame!
I am sure that every positive thaught you have, can only be healthy for you, and we all have out own little ways of getting through the cycle, no matter how corny we think it is.
    And anyway, stay positive!!XX

Trueblue, I had 3 iui's, each time I was on 50iu puregon, trigger of Pregnyl before transfer, then supporting pregnyl 4dp and 8dp transfer.
Yes you are awake for the transfer, just like having a papsmear honey, it's not painfull at all I promise XXXXX
Yes emotional time, not hormonal from the druggs, but just plain emotional, esp TWW, the TWW is always the hardest part for me!!

Sorry to miss anyone X I will catch up with you all soon X

Well my FET was cancelled 2 days ago.
I was taking 50mg Clomid from day 5 to 9, then bloods on day 11.
Bloods looked great, had a scan on day 13, which showed I had 5 follies all above 22mm, 3rd shadow on uterus, but my lining was only 4mm, so disapointing! Had never been on clomid before, talk about feeling like an explosion had gone of in my ovaries!
Had a Trigger of 5000iu Pregnyl 2 nights ago to release the eggs.

Was advised to obstain from sexual activities for a few days!! Woopy!

Will try again next month, this time on 50iu Puregon, to help thicken my lining.....oh the ride.....gotta love it and hate it!

And I thaught this would be smooth sailing!!

Take care all, sorry it has been so long since i have caught up with you all XXXXX

Murraycod, sorry to hear that your cycle was cancelled! You sound like you're in pretty good spirits, though, which is good to hear.

Emstar, I meant to say in my last post: thank god the `little peanut' is still happily ensconsced where s/he should be. That must have been a scary ordeal for you both.

I am out, going for my BT this morning but bleeding heavily and cramping which started yesterday at only 10dpo. My husband is completely and entirely unsupportive, telling me I am "overreacting" after the first thing he asked me when I told him I was bleeding was 'well how much money do we have left". I slept in another room last night and I hate him so much at the moment. He does nothing for the entire cycle, but doesn't like that I get upset when I'm not pregnant and says that I should just move on. I guess I could if I had so little invested as he does.
I am having at least a month off now but will speak to you ladies in April and hope you have better luck than me

Lairdoz - I'm so sorry. Just make sure you give DH a swift hit up along side the head when you are feeling better. It's already difficult to deal with without havening to put up with unsupportive behaviour from the one who is supposed to support you the most. I have my FX that its all ok, and may still prove to be positive... Maybe once everything quietens down have a talk with him about how he reacted and how it made you feel so he is more thoughful next time (although I seriously hope everything is still ok this time, so there won't have to be a next time!!).

    Sorry no other personals ATM.

Just a quick one - my hcg came back at 27 (so still way too low, and it didn't double ) but my progestorone is 370 - so very high. I have to go back next Thursday for another test. It seems to be one of those cruel tricks of nature where my body thinks its preg, has a sack, but the sack is empty ... otherwise its just a very slow starter - just like its daddy !! LOL!!

Anyway, the good thing is that I know there is nothing wrong with me. DH had vas - so it was always thought to be him that was the problem, but those little thoughts about my own fertility creep in given I've never fallen pregnant before. So at least that is a positive. FS said because it is a technical 'preg' on my first round, things are very positive for the next round

Lairdoz so sorry to hear that your out and you feel you are going through this alone. I'm sure when you are feeling better you and DH will talk about it and sort through things maybe his comments were insensative but it may be his way of coping with the loss too. men do starnge things sometimes.

murraycod sorry that you had to cancel your cycle although it's never happened to me I know that's its probably right up there in the meotion stakes as the TWW. Take care of yourself and lets hope the next one is the one for you

Brunette a change can sometimes be a good thing as each FS I'm sure has their own way of doing things and sometimes just one little thing makes a differnce.

Quite a few of you have been interested in learning about my tests so I'll tyr to explain. Firstly I had 3 failed attempts of IVF and I grew frustrated by this as I ovualte regulary and with my first pick up they got 20 eggs of which 9 fertilised. I decided that I didn't wnat to waste anymore time an unexplained wasn't good enough for me anymore so I spoke to my FS about doing more tests. Late last year I had quite a few blood tests done for things such as thyroid, lupus and ANA. All my tests came back ok except for an elevated level of white blood cells which help our bodies fight colds, disease etc. They have a count level of what is normal and I'm well above the normal. and over the years they have found ladies going through IVF with this were no concieving so they believe that our bodies are also killing off the embryo. Once these last tests come in then the actaul course of treatment will be detrmined at this stage they will probably put me on hepraprin or something like that to reduce my cells and also thin my blood. If thats not successful then it will be full blown presidonal (to supress my immune system).

Sorry for the long post but if anyone wants more info then just PM me

My DH rang me and told me that perhaps I need to be tougher. I feel like I am living a parallel life! I mean is IVF known as some kind of holiday to everyone but me? My DH tried to be nice but I know he really thinks I am being a bit pathetic. I am known for being a very tough person so the fact he says I need to toughen it about this process amazes me. I do all the procedures on my own so I don't think he gets it at all! (end of rant)

I am feeling better now if only because I found out that I have 4 blasts of which 3 are very good quality. Am thinking I will ask my FS if I can put two back in next time as the costs of IVF are killing us.

Did any of your FS's give you advice as to when you are allowed to put 2 back?

Thanks ladies, I was an awful, awful mess this morning but am feeling a bit better now
