Officially back in here. Spoke to clinic this morning (I rang them after they didnt call me yesterday with result as promised grrrrrr). Officially NUTD (Not Up the Duff). Not even a register on the HCG richter scale. Dammit. It sucks even though I knew it already.

So, on to another antagonist stim cycle. My FS is slightly lowering the gonal f dose to 412 (from 450) in the hope of better quality eggs.

Part of me wants to have a break (after having done three cycles already back to back) but I am 40 :o in June so not sure I dare....

N2L-I hope they apologised for not ringing??? I'd keep going if I were you (if mentally and financially able) but thats just my opinion, get some frosties and then have a break ( if needed), I reckon you'll get frustrated having a break.x

I am in the process of closing my business this week looking forward to a fresh start!
Start my growth hormones as of next week Monday and then start FSH the week after so looking forward to a new cycle where i dont have any work to worry about make for a nice change!

afm - now on 4dpt and on the crinone. I had a pregnyl injection on Monday morning and my boobies are r e a l l y sore with some mild cramping here and there which I'm guessing is the pregnyl?? As this is my first cycle I have no idea what to expect from my body. The last time my breasts were this sore I was pregnant but I can't get my hopes up just in case IYKWIM?

Back again after Monday's bfn. CD2 and doing another antagonist stim. Start jabs tomorrow. I will be using pregnyl this cycle for the first time. Don't know a lot about it or why the change. My dose of gonal f is lower and is now 412.

Hopefully this one will be the one! I think doing four back to back cycles is starting to mess with my mind! Been feeling a little down this week. Could be pms...could be coming off the progesterone pessaries??
Question - has anyone else experienced increased hair loss? Mine isn't coming out in clumps or anything but it is definitely thinning. There is heaps more in the shower and hairbrush. I have put on five kilos in the past 10 months too :(

smejam: prgnyl is horrible as i said to n2l, makes your body think it is pregnant, everytime i was on it for FET's my acu lady would say it's looking really good this time and my body would show symtoms. it was driving me crazy. so try to ignore symtoms. wishing you the best of luck and praying for a sticky ones.:noaf:

AFM ~ Im going well. a day or two after tf i had a ..feeling... i cant explain it, but in my crazy TWW mind im going to say it was my baby snuggling nice and deep into me and sticking ;) it was weired..just this warm feeling that came over me. other than that nothing really no signs or symptoms different to normal. altho after yesterday afternoon when i jumped DH as soon as i got home from work, and then my dreams last night and my wanting to jump him again this am (but couldnt cause he had already left) i would say i think im a wee bit horny =P is that a sign?!?!
1 more week til test day...
actually my parents are coming down for the night before test day and we are haning out that day...i wanted to surprise them and not have them know exactly when the day would be so they wouldnt be waiting for me, and i could just tell them when i wanted to (which would be pretty much on the day anyway =P) but yea, they will have to hang around while i go get my blood test...
ive also been thinking about how i will tell DH. I dont want to just go 'blood test was postive' sort of thing. i want to make it special, so ive been trying to think of cool ways, like a card or something any ideas?? how has everyone else told people in the past?
Ive also been going crazy making pg tickers...i used one of the cycles wheels at work and estimated my EDD by it (not sure if it is the same or not cause obviously i didnt have a 'real' cycle so to speak) but its enough for me to play and make tickers and see which ones i like =)

Loops - Lovely to hear from you. I am glad to hear your hubby is on the mend. Hopefully he didnt make too much of a nuisance of himself while in recovering. In my experience, men are usually not the best patients ;) You're right, I am very fortunate to have the money to do the IVF cycles at this time. Mind you, it's not a limitless supply by any means! Trust me, I would give you half my $$ stash if you could give me some of your youth! :) It's not easy that's for sure. We all face hurdles we need to overcome (besides the infertility issues). I really hope you get a cash windfall really soon so you can start again asap!!!

Smejam - I have read the pregnyl causes sore boobs (just another joy of it all I guess!). Hoping it's your month though!!! When is your BT?

ok people...how soon can i POAS??? I lasted *nearly* a week thinking, i can hang out til my blood test... but this week is going to be hard.
so on Monday I had t/f of 5d embryo, so i'm now 5dpt. my blood test is d11. so i guess i can always POAS on Thurs..which will be d10...
I AM pregnant (but obviously that is my good crazy lady speaking...we arent going to mention the other crazy lady).
I felt slower yesterday, like tired.. but i actually started 3 night shifts last night, and then go back to 2 day shifts in the week back to 4 nights next week end, so my being 'tired' might really be hidden by damn shift work.. last night i was getting twinges in my left boob..which ive had a while ago which everyone said was hormonal back then. wasnt much...but could be the start??

Dh said my boobs are getting bigger...i dont think they are but they have changed shape.
I was in a bad mood last night...pms like but I dont normaly get pms dont know what set me off....later on in the night/shift we had some bad news that would explain it, but I was foul before then.
I have days off after tonight, so I think its going to be really hard not to poas while im not doing anything...

Excited about your potential news. xo This was supposed to be a friend of mine as well - telling me I was too negative and I needed to be more positive - what would she know, she hasnt had to go through losing a sibling at 18 yrs old, 5 years of desperately wanting a child and getting no-where and then nearly losing her husband and having to deal with **** insurance companies - grrr!

Anyway onto being positive LOL - I'm up to CD30 of my average 34-36 days cycle and have pink spotting. Can only hope that its possibly implantation!

im starting to doubt that i am... I dont have any of the symptoms...no sore boobs, no tiredness (more than normal), ...I do have moments where im cranky/frustraed...like pms i guess...but i know im being stupid about being cranky..and dh and i had a moment of me being cranky and him just looking at me with that look and goes 'what the hell is wrong with you' and im like..i dont know!!! and we hugged and i felt better... that kind of doesnt make sense...like not what i want it to mean, like i was cranky but ...oh i dont know...

what i'm trying to say is i do feel different...like im not completely connected to my body.

im just having a moment...a moment of what if i'm not pregnant...what the hell do i do then???

Im planning on poas with my fmu tomorrow, cause that will be 2 weeks after ovulation. and i'm scared ****less....

Tei- Its impossible to know from symptoms/no symptoms. My first stim cycle i had a mental breakdown, crying etc positive I wasn't pregnant then the next day i poas and it was positive, so you can never tell really. Best of luck with your BT, did you get the nerve to poas??

Loops- sorry to hear you have ben hurt by thoughtless comments, you have had a rough trot lately and things like that don't help. You are not a negative person either so she needs a kick up the bum! :hug:

afm- AF is MIA and my cycle is being weird, been getting heaps of ewcm the last few days, doing random OPKs all neg. I want to start my next cycle soon not wait for another couple of weeks, so sick of always waiting!! Oh well, seeing another FS for a 2nd opinion on Friday, hopefully that will get me going!!

=(... nothing...not even anything i can pretend was something...the fattest darkest control line you have ever seen that came up straight away, and then NOTHING!!!!!!!!!! =( I know its not over until the BT...but surely i should have something!!!

Had my scan. She had trouble seeing so I had to go to a proper ultrasound place. Bad news is only three follies - 9, 12 and 15mm :( Feel like giving up right about now.
Pick up is on Monday.
