MissK, I was on 1 crinone pessarie per night, FS told me I did not have to put the crinone inthe fridge, but not to let them get over 25deg.
Being near Mildura in the stinking heat this summer, we only have evaporative aircond, so the Crinone lived in the crisper part of the fridge.
I did however got each pessarie out at least an hour before I used it, so it was at room temp X
Bath and shower a no no! XX
Miss K - I think i can help you with the heat question. It is really important that your body temp remians regulated, so they advise against anything too hot which is going to make you body temp go up and similarly with cold things, don't let yourself get too cold. This is due to the blood and oxygen in your body, if you are hot or cold your body reacts to that and draws blood and oxygen to places that need it most. Your body will ultimately look after you first before it worries about the embryo. This applies for the 2WW but especially in those first 48hrs when the embryo is likely to implant. The only reason i know is because i asked the nurses that question yesterday Hope that helps a bit.
ATM - looking forward to a drug free day YAY!!! EPU in the morning.
Hey chickies, just a few really quick questions - after EPU, how long should I expect to have abdo discomfort? EPU was Tuesday. Its nothing really bad, just bloatin, crampiness and sharp ovary pains from time to time? Being a first timer, I don't know what is normal. Second question, when I was still ttc the old fashioned way, I used to get REALLY sore boobies a few days after o-ing - I have noticed that using progesterone pessaries, I'm not getting anything like that and am paranoid that the progesterone isn't doing anything and my little emby will rapidly disintergrate into nothingness!!
Anyway, got the family coming for dinner, gotta go cook, BBL
Well its a BFN for me, got AF yesterday morning. I'm cool with it. At least I got to do the NK Cell test and I didn't get sick before the test, that was all I was concentrating on for this cycle and if by some miracle get bfp well then that was a bonus.
Still waiting on the results from NK test !
Emerald Star, I didn't end up buying the POAS cause I thought I was being silly, I have never done it before so why start it now.
Happy Valentines Day everyone
To all you wondering ladies out there good luck.

danyelle - So sorry to hear that, my thoughts are with you.
Melissal - What you are experiencing sounds very normal, in my first cycle i had EPU on a monday and experienced sharp pains and cramping on and off all week. The EPU is still an invasive procedure so i wouldn't panic. As with the progesterone, when TTC naturally your body was producing the hormone naturally whereas now it is techniclly being added (sorry if that doesn't make sense) so I would give it time for your body to adjust, you may react differently due to the fact it isn't quite a natural process. I understand completely how you compare and question every though, feeling and pain and automatically think the worst. My advice would be to try and keep busy, mentally, it will help make the time pass quicker and you won't focus on other matters ( sorry i know that this is easier said than done but it does kind of help). Enjoy spending time with your family. Hope this helps a little to ease your mind.
Renee - Thanks for that it makes a little more sense now as I was soo drugged up when they were telling me lol!!!
Melissal - I hope all the pain goes away is panadol helping at all???? If panadol isn't helping and you find you are needing more than you can take a day I would contact your FS!
