    Hi All,

Have been keeping to myself lately but have been sending you all the hugs and stickie vibes you lovely women deserve.

    Huge congrats Kimbe....how awesome.

Welcome Sarah.....yes, oh so weird what we get excited about in this journey

Welcome Andie.......FX for getting on with it soon.

Mia.....gl for the 24th.....exciting to be at this end of it after so long

    Hey everyone else......

AFM.....trigger tomorrow night.....have EPU on Saturday morning. Have escaped without any blood tests and only two scans.....yippee! I am such a sook. Have gone a bit alternative in the last week or so with acupuncture and mugwort.....hasn't hurt and has been kind-a-cool for DH and I to spend 10mins everyday psyching the follies up. I know he thinks it is bs, but no worries, he is doing it! Also found some royal jelly tablets so no yucky taste. Anyway, have a happy end of week everyone .......hope lovely things happen to you all. K.

    Kimbe :jump: YAY well done!
    Sarah4Kurt - love the name

Vic,Planet Sasha and all the other lovely ladies in here!

AFM - VERY nervous about EC tomorrow, not sure what scares me more, the thought of being awake for it all (cos maybe the sedative isnt too strong I dont know?)
OR thinking about HOW many good follies they get and for me tomorrow ladies. I'll be going in at 7am but prob be doing the EC at about 8 cos DH has to do his job (LOL) at 7:45am. He's not happy about having to do it at the hospital but I joke around about nurses giving him a helping hand and he laughs. Here's hoping he doesnt fre@k out tomorrow! I'm trying to just focus on me and one thing at a time.
Anyone remember EC and how that went for them, as in did you fall asleep with the sedative or feel anything?

Mia, GL for your EPU hun. Don't worry about waking up as it's really heavy sedation, so you won't remember anything. You just wake up and feel like you've only been out for a minute or so! I wasn't even sore afterwards, but asked for 2 panadol just in case the pain came when we were driving. They put a needle in my hand and then I remember this heavy sleepy feeling and that's it!!! Much better than being put under with a general where they stick a tube down your throat! Will be thinking of you an hope they collect lots of nice eggies

kimbe - only just joined this thread, but congrats!

sarah4kurt - hi, hope the second needle went well today! goodluck.

kashby - i am switching to your clinic - i have had 4 BT's already, just for a FET... you have done very well well to escape the extra prodding. goodluck with your epu sat.

mia - i remember stressing about waking up during my first epu, but the only thing i remember is thinking 'this sedative thingy is not going to work on...'. then nothing! the next thing i remember is being gently woken up by a nurse, tucked up in bed. i havent had any real pain afterwards either, just period like cramps occassionally afterwards. more like you have a bruise on the inside. i only had to use a heatpack, panadol with one on of them. best of luck!

    hi to everyone else

afm - still waiting for ovulation.... on cd 19 now and wish that it would just happen already. get todays BT results tomoz, so fingers crossed.
