Oh N2L, thats a bad experience, don't give up on your 3 eggs though, they were obviously the strongest three, so theres a great chance for them.
    GO eggs
I felt much worse after my last transfer, i really think it depends on the Dr and their skill. I hope you are feeling better soon, lie on the couch and watch the grand final replay to cheer yourself up

N2L - I'm so sorry that you are having a crappy time of it. That sucks, there is no other way of putting it, especially when your follie scan was telling you otherwise. You're right, why is it so friggin hard when you have to go through this time and time again and most people don't give it a second thought. It is impossible for anyone to fully appreciate the ups and downs experienced through multiple cycles.
Hopefully your little ones are fighters and thrive over these couple of days. (I had a BFP with one surviving 2 day, 5 cell embie from an egg haul of 3 - it can happen)
Are you feeling any better physically today? I so so so so so so hope you get there this cycle. I have my fingers and toes crossed for you.

N2L - really hope that physically you are starting to feel a bit more comfortable. I can understand how disappointed you must be when your scan was so positive. Having someone next door with a record haul is a sure way to kick the boot in - that sucks hun. But hang in there - three follies is three follies and like they say it only takes one. We are all rooting for those 3 precious follies that they go on to great things for you!

Everything crossed for you N2L. Sending you big hugs.

    When is your transfer?

    Hi all,
Thank you so much for your lovely posts. Sorry I was so down and negative. I just felt very average at the time - emrionally and physically. I was still sore yesterday but worse was the feeling of still being out of it. The anaesthetic must have been stronger or something Feeling better this morning though.
The good news is I rang the FS to see how my eggs were and all three have fertilized, so I feel a bit better.
I have my transfer at 2.30pm today so hopefully they will continue to divide and I will have one to freeze (we will put back two if we have them).
Once again, thank you for your wonderful support...it really helps
    Take care all x

great news about the fertilisation- told you they were strong eggs!! 100% fertilisation , can't get better than that!
Did they give you any endone ( painkiller)? Thats what made me out of it after my last egg pickup.
Good luck for tomorrow, hope you get to transfer 2 xx

great maruschke! It will be worth it to get up so early ( if it makes you feel any better I have to work nightshift tonight so will still be awake at 5- yuk!)
I am having preAF spotting and get a bfn so moving past that and thinknig about an FET in the near future, but won't be til after next month.

Not much action in the LTTTC/AC arena these days, did everyone else get their BFPs or something??!!

I think the good looking ones are still here Saff

I think the only pain relief I had was panadol (intraveneously) and tramadol.

N2L - Sorry to read that your egg collection was not a pleasant event but congrats on the 3 successful eggies. I hope the transfer goes well. Think it must be your turn!

KMod - Congrats to you also!

Saffy - sorry about stupid AF I really hate her!

AFM: I have had some time off with DH which was really nice. Still waiting to see if this chance at a last attempt at a natural cycle was successful but don't think so. Today was the day I was told to expect AF if she was coming. I have had PMS symptoms but then they went away. Today back cramps have started again so guess she is on her way. Oh well I guess on the positive side it eans on CD3 I can start puregon injections and get ths thing really happening. Would have been nice though!

Hope everyone else is going well. I agree it is very quiet in here.

Keta - best of luck on the next cycle.

n2l - how was the transfer? Did you get two gorgeous bubs in?

I've got rock bottom confidence in this cycle, don't know why I am even bothering to turn up tomorrow morning. I KNOW it won't work and I don't even think I will suffer through the TWW. It's just a waste of emotional energy and money at the moment. Going home to have that last glass of wine.

    hiya

    PUPO!

Just got back from transferring two "absolutely beautiful" (according to my FS) embryos! I also have one in the freezer

She said she was really happy with the cycle (and she is not one to mince words so I believe her!) She said that with the three fertilising and looking so good it was the equivalent of getting eight or nine eggs. I also found out that the vomitting and semi-consciousness post pick-up would have been because of the tramadol. Will steer clear of that in the future!

Maruschke - I know it's hard but try to stay positive about the cycle. You just never know. this is the one for both of us x

Now for the revolting two week wait....

I agree, my first cycle I had 10 eggs collected but by the time we got to transfer I only had 3 left anyway, so WOOHOO for beautiful embies!!!!!

Crazy silly little question. Last night before my trigger, my OPK was definitely negative, barely a shadow of a line there (I am really convinced this follie was triggered far too early, but, not my choice). Then I triggered, and now the OPK is moderately dark but not as dark as the control line. I thought hcg (ovidrel) would cause an OPK to turn positive? Why is the OPK still so faint? This IUI is going to happen a day early I think.

Awsome news N2L! for you to have a succuessful TWW.

Maruschke - I'm sorry I can't offer you an answer but wanted to send best wishes your way.

Not sure if anyone has had this happen before (doing a test would answer the question but I way too nervous to!). I could have sworn AF would have arrived by now but looks like she is not showing up - not even some spotting. The thing is I really do have cramping, back ache, all the usual BUT acne is fading (not complaining about this one!). This has happened before where I have sworn I o'd, got pms symptoms but no AF for 4 weeks. All pg tests negative. In the past I may have got o symptoms wrong but this time blood tests showed I was o'ing. So - could I have o'd but just be someone that takes a long time to get AF afterwards? Hmmm.
I think if she doesn't show by Wednesday I will call fs and go in for a blood test. To be honest I cannot belienve I'm refraining from poas but know that if I start I won't stop

Sorry about the me post - just need to get my confusion out which is hard when you are trying to keep things a secret!

Brilliant news N2L - congratulations on PUPO! What fantastic results - after all your worrying - so pleased for you! Now for the terrible 2WW - I'm with you all the way!

Maruschke - sorry I can't be of any help - I really don't know anything about OPKs or much about IUI either but hoping that it all does go well despite your worries.

Keta - I'm not of any use to you either but you're still in the game its sounds like to me - so fingers crossed for you.

AFM - the 2WW continues to drag and no-one in the 2WW forum to keep me company - except now N2L - yay! Was feeling so positive but losing my positivity by the second as I'm just not feeling anything. What I'd do for some implantation bleeding or some sore boobs, nausea anything - just something. The second half of the 2WW is always the killer - 4 days to go to BT.

Trigger takes 36 hours before you ovulate.
