I am out this month too. AF is arrived this morning right on schedule. The wicked, wicked witch that she is I am not gutted like the other months as I knew it wasn't going to happen naturally. Sure would have been nice though....*sigh*...

I am just glad we saved the cash this month and it doesn't seem so wasteful, when you haven't paid for it.

Will try taking some CoQ10 for a while and see how I go. That and continuing on at the gym. I dont know when I will get to use my frosties as this business venture is taking all our cash.
