Firstly oneday ~ to ease your tension - nothing to worry about it normal to have spotting at that time - I did as well. If you're concerned, perhaps check with your nurse but it doesnt usually cause a cycle to be cancelled.

I also feel that my cold/flu didnt help my cycle - the timing really does suck!! Yes the universe is very cruel to us but testing our strength and we will get through.
