I just popped in to say that I think AF is going to arrive tomorrow which means I am finally going to understand all of your lingo because I will start sniffing on Saturday! Arrghh!! I had my first consultation with the nurses on Tuesday and (correct me if Im wrong) it shouldn't be that painful (I say that with every finger and toe crossed)!
Shez, I think we will be a day apart for our first IVF cycles, pretty funny considering we started IUI together!
Once I'm up on the lingo I will be able to understand what all you guys are talking about but what I do know now is that I want to wish everyone good luck for this cycle, especially those in the tww!

Ali- do you mean charting your temps? If so this is just a rough guide as to when you have O and helps you better understand your cycle. After O your temps rise (due to progesterone) and stay raised for 2 weeks. When AF is due you usually see a sharp drop in temps (progesterone levels fall) and the witch arrives soon after.
IVF meds can mess with your temps though. So not really that useful for us but I'm still doing it to watch when AF is due (although it didn't stop me from POAS last cycle Lol).
