Hi guys....well I guess I belong in here now. I was officially told on Monday by my specialist ob that I needed an even more specialist ob and am now at the start of an anxious four month wait to see Lyndon Hale in October. So it would be really cool (if its okay with all you guys) if I could hop on this train to the harbour to catch that baby cruise.
A bit about me for those I haven't met.....I am 36 (****e....37 in 6 weeks OMG!!), we have been ttc for 2 and a half years. I have had three miscarriages in that time so obviously I can get pregnant. For some reason the little buggers don't want to stick. So it's onto the ivf band wagon to have some eggies collected , examined, fertilised and then re-examined for abnormalities. I have desperately wanted children since i was 16....didnt meet the right man till I was 33....this empty ache really starts to suck after 17 years.
Melbel - welcome into the LTTTC thread, there are a few of us joining in this week by the looks and also starting IVF for the first time . I'm so sorry you've had such a difficult time TTC, it doesn't seem very fair does it? to you and the very best of luck for your IVF. That's what's so good about BB, the girls here all understand what we're going through and are so uplifting.

Jade - when are you expecting 1st day of your cycle?? AF has gone AWOL for me at the moment so just playing the waiting game.

What kind of IVF cycle are you doing??? I am doing a down reg cycle
My LMP was 2/06/06 started taking the pill on cd 3 and started synarel on cd 17 I think. Apparently I might get AF, spotting when I stop the pill and am just on the spray.
Jade I am on the same programe as you. Today was my last pill day and so AF will probably arrive in a couple of days. I will be just on the spray and will have a scan on Friday next week and will probably start with the injections the following day. When do you stop the pill? Do you live in Melb? I am going with Melb IVF.
