    Hi Ladies

Rhichichi - I hope AF isn't late for you. I waitied over a week for her to arrive when we were doing IVF. Longest week of my life. Nothing worse when you have a plan and the which decides to be late. Good luck for your IUI.

Shan shan - welcome back wondered where you had gotten to.

Bec - That sounds very promising. FX your one of the BFP! 12 weeks today so over the milestone mark but still hanging out till our scan next week.

Wannababymumma - My AF were always heavy on clomid. I'd have 2 heavy days and then the 3rd would be super heavy and then taper away. it's not implant bleeding by chance?

    Hi Everyone,

Bec - sounds like you should be BDing!! FX'd for you, I hope it's your month! x

Rai - Sorry that your son is sick. Maybe you can sneak in some quick BDing in the shower, or in the mornings??

Porsche - If you can make it implantation bleeding somehow, then you would be my best friend forever!! (I sound like I'm in pre-school - "I'll be your best friend" hahaha). I didn't know what to do, so given that the HPT was a BFN, I started my next round of Clomid. Now knowing my luck, I will be pregnant and the baby will come out with an extra foot or something stupid!

Thanks Bec, Rai, Porsche, Rhi for your thoughts on my "AF" or in this case "Aunt No Show"...
That was only the end of my second cycle, so I don't think I could have gone from a full on period from hell last month to literally nothing this month? Did you see a change that quickly Bec? It's not even that it's shorter, if it was just shorter I would been fine and celebrating, because I when I was regular years ago they were shorter than recently, and I hate it when it drags on. But this just doesn't make sense. Last month was horrific and crazy heavy and seemed to last forever, but this time I haven't even had any actual red blood. Just pinkish occasionally when I wiped and then a little bit of brown. I literally didn't need to wear a pad at all (but I did half expecting a flood to start but it never came). Started noticing a tiny bit of pink on Friday when I wiped and by Monday, nothing, not a single sign! The other thing that I thought was strange, was the whole time (and still now) I feel like I have my period (some cramping and sore lower back), nothing extreme, but that is why I was so sure that it was AF, as it feels like AF!! What is my body doing to me!! *Pulls hair out*

    Hi everyone

Just poking my head in to say hello.

WBM - you never know....you still may be in with a chance. Have you rang your fs? My advice is to phone and/or go in and have a chat with him/her. If you cant get an appointment, perhaps visit your gp and have a blood test. That way, at least, you will know for sure if you are pregnant or not. I think it's typical of our pcos/endometriosis/adenyomyosis/etc/etc-ridden bodies that things never go as we expect. Nothing is "normal" for us. There is no "normal". So we just have to go with the flo (or no flow, or heavy flow...whatever the case may be lol ) It's a pain in the arse though...Keep your chin up and try not to let it drive you to distraction!!!!

Rai - welcome to the thread. I am sure you will find everyone very helpful and welcoming just as I have.

Shan Shan - nice to hear from you

Rhi - as a fellow jelly-bellied woman, I like to think of it as having more to jab Good luck with it sweetie

Bec - nice to hear your body seems to be doing what you want for once! I hope the scan on Friday goes well!

Hi to everyone else...I will do more persies soon...I just need to go back and read over what people have written!

RE: discussing baby names. I read somewhere once, years ago, that no matter what name you choose, for whatever gender, if you tell people about it, there is ALWAYS someone who had a dog with the same name while they were growing up. lol ...It's a theory I live by LOL So you'll never get a baby name out of me!

AFM - CD22. I think I am about 5 days past ovulation. I am feeling a little achy in my back. Probably all in my mind...I have decided not to take notice of any signs ....except the positive one on the HPT (IF and when that ever happens!)

    ANyhoo...off for now

    Take care all

That is so funny because the main girls name that we have picked, DH actually had a dog with that name. He totally loved that dog. She was a working dog so she became his companion for some time. She died 5 years ago. Sadly she was attacked by another dog. He was the one that decided that he wanted to use the name for a girl when/if we have one, way back before we were even married. It took me ages to get my head around it because it was a dog's name but I actually really love the name now.

A BIG hello to everyone else in here. Sending you all loads of baby dust!!! I come in here often to read up but am slack on the posting - sorry.

    Smile Hi everyone,

Just a quick question. My FS got back to me and said she would not give me the FHS injectables she said something about only giving them to me if we were doing egg retreival which i'm not. Cause i have been on clomid so long i thought a change might help something. What are your thoughts? I'm confused. Also is there any thing else i can suggest to the FS. Thanks in advance for advice. Baby dust to all

    Hello everyone,

Well today i am starting clomid for the first time. I am currently CD5 (this was the earliest appointment i could get and i have irregular cycles, happened to get AF on sat) but my gyno says it is fine to take clomid days 5-9 instead of 2-6.

    How will i know when i am ovulating? i can't use OPK's (they are always positive), i don't get EWCM, and i don't temp.....yet.

Does clomid regulate your cycles? If so, is it straight away?

Just wondering what i should be prepared for, any help would be great

    Hi Rai,

My understanding is the next thing after clomid is IUI or IVF. Most doctors wont prescribe clomid for longer than 12 months but I guess given that you have had the break, it might not be a problem. If I were you I would ask to have a review session with your FS and work out a short/medium/long term plan that you are both happy with. Given that you have been on clomid for so many cycles, it might be time to go the next step....

    Good luck
