Hi Everyone, I have a question, I had another blood test done today and the FS has just rang with results. The results were positive but a very low positive. What does that mean cause when i POAS it is a positive not a really dark positive but a positive. Does that mean something is wrong or could go wrong or does that just mean i'm only just pregnant as in a few days to a week pregnant. When i asked the FS secretary she did not know and said how long is a piece of string so not happy cause now i'm really worried. The FS has also asked for another blood test next wed. If any one could PLEASE help i would really appreciate it. Thanks

Rai what were your levels? It may just be your very early in your pregnancy not necessarily a sign it's not good. If you have your BT next Wed then you'll know how your levels are progressing. They "should" double every 24 hours so if you know your levels just double them every 24 hours to give you a rough idea of what they "should" be around next Wed. Don't panoc just yet you only have half the stroy so far xx.

Those levels sound really good. How far along are you? My levels were 441 at 14 days past 3 day transfer. What are they worried about? BETA is the correct term they use mostly in IUI or IVF though.

Rai, I agree with Porsche, those levels sound OK to me. My doctor said mine were low too, but actually were high as I was only 15DPO, I'd say it is nothing to worry about... I know it is hard, but try and relax and just enjoy your BFP. Rai, I can't remember your history, how long have you been on Clomid for?

Mollie - good luck hun - you will be fine.

How far past O are you rai? Or I mean how far were you when you had the bloods done? You can google hcg for ##DPO and get a range so that will give you an indication. The most important thing is that the level keeps doubling ever 24-48hours, that is a much more reliable indication of the viability of things. Those levels look good to me. My last m/c I was sitting at 68 or something at 15DPO which was bad. In the hundreds sounds good to me!

Don't let it bring you down, hon. Congrats!!!!

AFM: not testing is killing me! So today I tested and got a very faint positive, but it's likely to be the pregnyl. I was just interested to see what would happen. I promise I'll wait til Sat...(well, I'll try!) Still tired, bb are killing me (heavy and sore down the sides) and sort of crampy but not. We'll see,

Hi Porsche & Pumpgirl hope things are going brilliantly with your pgs. How far are you now?

Hi & welcome Mollie. Clomid can be a bit of a rollercoaster, but if it gets results who can complain. My DS is a clomid baby. No sure luck with no 2 though! GL

Hi girls, I hope you are well, and looking forawrd to starting of 2011 with a bang (it's going to be our BABY year, I'm sure f it!)

    Bye for now,
    Bec

Rai~ Thank u for the good luck wishes I will need them all, after having so mcu disappointment I'm not sure how to treat this cycle being on Clomid. And I have no idea what to think is or will be PG symptoms or AF symptoms. Sending you lots of and hoping you have a happy and healthy preg. darl.

Mollie~ Thank you I have everything Xd for my BFP as well, good luck with your first round of Clomid I have just done my first round as well and it hasnt been bad at all and hopefully only good things will come from it. Good luck and FX it brings you your BFP quickly.

Bec~ Stay strong darl, not long to go now and you can POAS. I'm still praying for your BFP darl and that faint line you got gets alot darker when you you test again. Sending you tonnes of and Good Luck darl.

AFM~ Today is 6DPO and this morning I'm feeling just plain yuck I have the worst taste in my mouth that I can't seem to get rid of and as of yesterday I have been feeling pretty tired. BBs aren't sore but they do feel tight and kinda heavy but as I said I'm not sure what to make of any symptoms being my first round of Clomid, could be AF symptoms or maybe not. The count down to AF is on for me though, 4 days to go and I should no 1 way or the other. I haven't had any more of those twingy type pain in my side since a couple of days ago starting to feel a bit bloated but mainly exhausted and a little moody.

yep at night Mollie, the ladies on here advised me to take it at night and I did. I have had no real SE from my first round at all, the only SE I did have was I knew exactly when I O'd as my tummy was really really tender very low down near my pelvis.
