    Hi gals,

I am not ttc for a couple more months but just wanted to ask a question to those of you who have had success with clomid before.

My DD was conceived with clomid 50mg as have PCOS and endo. The clomid worked first go! Does this mean that next time it should make me ovulate again or is it different everytime?

has anyone every heard of clomid helping to prevent miscarriage? a friend told me she is ovulating by herself but needs to take clomid or she will def miscarry as her progesterone is low? I am very scared of losing a baby again as the baby I lost was conceieved naturally.

    Thanks!

girls thanks for all your responses to my questions, bec that is really interesting what you said !

erybery: i conceived on the first cycle with both my children but have since had 3 natural pregnancies that ended in miscarriage and haven't had any luck in the last 3 cycles of clomid. my specialist said clomid increases the chance of clomid, but im not sure why.....

afm: twiddling my thumbs here while waiting to get to ovulation, gosh i wish i ovulated on day 14 !! can someone tell me more about these soy tablets ? where you get them from, do you take them like clomid etc

the FSH was about $35 a go and you get 3 injection pens with needles and I usually needed 2 lots per cycle, but it depends on your dose. HTH

Thanks heaps Bec. I guess after a couple of rounds of clomd if it doesnt work, then that is an option!

I am actually considering NOT being monitored this cycle. Last cycle didn't work, and it's not like we got a massive number of mature follies. Wondering if I can just risk it for one month and roll the dice? After the hype of the flood and lots of deaths and a miscarriage, I really want a boring month. If I had a mature follies at CD12 last cycle, chances are it will be about similar timing this time, right?

Hi everyone, I just called my OB/GYN for my day21 BT results. This time it was 170. Last time it was 203. The receptionist said she has never seen results this high. Is there something wrong with me? Is there such thing as TOO much progesterone in your body? I thought last cycles results were just a one of.
