tasha: thats a tough question, i would have thought when you see red blood you would consider cycle day 1 but if you aren't always getting that then thats tricky ! has af always been that light for you ? what does your specialist say about that ?
Maruschke: thats good that they let you trigger, fingers crossed you get one sticky bub from it !
mum2onesweetbun: your chart is looking good !
williever: are you still bding or have you gone on strike now ?
mollie: good luck with your scan and blood test tomorrow, i hope things are looking good for you
afm: im really struggling to get moving on the bding, still having negative opt's but this afternoon i had (tmi coming up) heaps of ewcm so im really pleased about that, gosh i hope it means i will ovulate in the next few days, anyway that has given me the motivation to get busy tonight ! im also having really bad lower back pain, i hope it isn't ovulation just yet because we aren't covered !
im on FF but i don't temp, i have found it to be all over the place with even a 15 min difference in the time i take it
minniemouse - I am STILL bd'ing. DH is having the time of his life
Maruschke - Very exciting.Hoping one of them sticks x
M2OSB - FX for your bfp Chart looks good!
Mollie - I hope the tests go well tomorrow. Are there more tests after that?
Tasha - I would go from when you start spotting. That is an absolute guess, but if it's 14 days after O it seems a reliable measure of time. How long would AF last if you counted those days. Again I am guessing, but I think I would use the most reliable timings. Have you mentioned your light AFs to your doc?
afm - Lots of ewcm today.....I hope that's O. I am having a glass of wine to relax. Finding this cycle stressful with ivf approaching fast Chart is completly confusing (I am even starting to question my thermometer!), but we have been maintaining the bd'ing to at least every other day........mostly everyday
M2OSB - I would just call your FS. I'm sure she wouldn't say no if you asked for something, just to put your mind at ease.
minniemouse - No AF hasn't always been that light, only since I started clomid. FS says it's nothing to worry about (although I always worry about it!) I used to have very irregular cycles, and when AF did come it was always normal 4-5 days, very little pain. Sounds like O is just around the corner for you, good luck!
williever - I usually start from the second or third day of spotting, depending on how much is there. Af would last about 5-6 days counting the spotting.
AFM - AF due Australia Day, I tested yesterday (11dpo) BFN, but I have been having heaps of cramping for a few days now. I don't usually get any cramping before or during AF. I'm also extra moody and seem to be getting mild indigestion every time I have a meal. Why do our bodies have to play cruel tricks on us! Gosh I hate the uncertainty of TTC, it drives me crazy!
I've been talking with DH about next cycle (being proactive!). I think we will have a rest month before we start ivf. I think it would be best for my body o give it a rest. I also need to lose a lot of the weight I have gained since being on clomid! I want to see my neck again!!!!
Torn between the desire to try everything until the fat lady sings, and the need to be absolutely ready for ivf. I guess I need to think more long-term and hope that losing weight helps and ivf bub stick?!
willi I dont know about more tests I guess I will have to wait and see what they tell me tomorrow afternoon when I ring to get my results... I think a month off would be good, and in that month off you dont know what can happen!
Not much to repot here just a few little pains in my lower abdomen.. hmm
Will - I totally understand that struggle between wanting a break and wanting to throw everything at it. It gets so hard to go through cycle after cycle. I'd love to find a way to do both... relax while trying everything and yet not letting it dominate my life. When you figure it out let me know LOL. Anyways, all the best with it, I hope either way you decide, that you are holding a BFP in your hands very soon. As for your chart, I really don't know why your temps are falling. Have you done an OPK lately?
I tended to cope better the cycles I felt like I had done everything I possibly could... being proactive personally made me stress less than being on a break.
