Emma, a line at 6 dpt of a 5 day embie sounds really good, doesn't matter how faint it is. You should definitely get a stronger one at 8 dpt. Very excited for you!!

Emerald, I got a BFP at 8 days post a 5 day transfer with my DS. I remember I had the transfer on a Saturday and I tested the following week on the Sunday I think which would have been 8 dpt. The line was fairly faint, you had to really squint but my HCG numbers were into the two hundreds. Interestingly, more recently I got a BFP at only 6 days post a 2 day embryo transfer and the line was darker. The HCG results in that pg were much lower and I ended up having a m/c due to a chromosomal problem. So it just goes to show how very different each pg is, starting from that first pee stick test!
