Lyrastardust - I have to say I am just like you with poas. I find it actually helps keep me level headed, cause once I have poas for that day it's done for another day and I can accept it for that day that whatever happens.

Kbudgie - hope things went well today.

Well I am officially PUPO with 2 x day2 envied on board, they used embryo glue so if they both decide to stick around it will be twins for us :-). I am one of those strange people that would actually like it. BT is on 24th December, I so hope we get the best Christmas present we could ever ask for, crossing our fingers !!!!!!

doc sent me for bt and i should know tomorrow but have not had a chance to discuss with dh as we picked up his dad from the airport this afternoon

Juniper- sorry to hear 2012 has been so horrid! I think it ended ok because I found this forum and have made some new friends who actually understand the ttc journey!

AFM- I caved and poas this morning (10dpo), BIG MISTAKE!!! Obviously a BFN... I thought I should give it a go seeing as I have been experiencing so many symptoms, but seeing the BFN really broke my heart... I have been having some really painful cramp like pains in my left side above my hip bone in the back area this afternoon and tonight... Never experienced these pains before so not sure what it is... Question for you ladies though, sorry I know I ask a lot of them! lol. With every BFP, is there always implantation bleeding???

Jo, there's not always implant bleeding. I have only had it for 1 of my 3 BFPs.

Jo- I had a really obvious one with DS but nothing at all with my second prenancy that I lost (also a little boy) . I was convinced that it was going to be a BFN becasue I hadn't had the bleed, but I was wrong. That baby was totally healthy and growing perfectly until 12 weeks as well and we don't know why he died so I honestly don't think there was any difference in implanting etc, it was just something that happened much later.

bad night's sleep for me. Decided to poas this morning before i call for bt result and i officially have a second line !
hope the bt confirms. is it normal to be half freaking out? i know there is so much that can happen between now and 9 months time

i did a due date calculation and based on first day of last period i would be due on my birthday !

Kbudgie - congratulations I am so happy for you. I think there is always a bit of freaking out cause it has actually happened you got that bfp you have been hoping for.
Can't believe it will be due on your birthday - does that make you a Leo like me???

It's totally normal to be nervous and anxious

AFM- tested today- 6dp5dt & 11DPO- BFN....
Then the tricky decision about when to do a FET, if I go straight away, I could possibly have a ET on Xmas eve! Impractical....

Yay kbudgie! Hope it is a fantastic nine months ahead for you.

AFM, nothin really going on, I want to poas but I know it is still too early. I don't usually have such an urge and have only done it once in the last 12 months, but this time I know there is fertilization so I feel one step closer to a BFP. Probably foolish but it's just coz I want to be pregnant. DH keeps asking me if I feel pregnant. I don't. Sore boobs but that happens every month coz I have fibroid adenomas. Had some twinges yesterday and today so hope AF doesn't come early like she has before following a longer cycle. I need time for my eggo to try to stick.
