afm- af arrived this morning, so off for my blood test, then we are going away for a few nights and I will be having a few drinks too. Why does af always come when i go away, poor dh never gets any action and I'm always stressing about ruining sheets in the place we're staying lol

Oneday and Kass, I transferred 2 blasocysts (FET) on 28/1 - which was day+6. Then 4 days later BT on 1/2 - hcg 3.56. Then 2 days later (6days after transfer) - hcg 35.9. Then 5 days later (11 days after transfer) - hcg 382. My progesterone was quite low on the first bt - 28, so I have been on a whopping 4 pessaries a day. It is now up to 48, so I suspect that I will be on this high dose for a while (costly as its $51 a box of 15 (after private health insurance kicks in). I had a little bit of spotting (brown) yesterday but I'm not worried about it as I had some bright red spotting after my first successful BFP. Could also be the pessaries causing some irritation. Oh well, enough about me, from the TWW to the nervous first scan wait.

wow venus how come you had your BT so early? thats a great story and im glad your numbers kept rising. Iv had some brown spotting but i think it has stopped. The only thing im worried about is that with my first pg that resulted in a misscariage i had sore boobs by today but this time i dont :( is this bad?? i know it may sound weird but i think this one implanted later, i felt a really sharp pain in my uteras 3 days after transfer where as last time i think it implanted 1 or 2 days later and my HCG levels seem to support that as my levels this time are a bit lower then last time, but could be wrong? When is your scan?

Oneday, hard as it is, try not to worry! I'm sure your boobs will be sore in no time :) Are you having any more bt's or holding out for the scan? I'm sure you've got a very sticky one there!

The transfer went well and I've finally made it to the 2WW. There was one blastie and a 5 day morula to put back in. The morula is a bit behind the blastie. Of course I've googled the chances of a morula becoming a BFP. Slightly less chance than a blastie. I find out tomorrow if I have any to freeze. The remaining 2 were behind the morula so maybe not a high chance of getting a frostie.
My BT is the 25 of Feb. Best of luck to everyone else

Hey happybaby - I'll be here as of this afternoon, following evil cycle from hell. We are having our sole fertilised 2 day embie put back in today. My sister reckons this wee one must be tough seeing as it's egg was literally gouged out of my ovary. Yes it was (and still is) very ouchie!!!. Boo to the migraines - I am sure that they will start for me soon, too. I'm on progynova as part of colorado and that gives me wicked ones. Hope they aren't too horrible for you.

Tantee - hey there chickie, thank you so much for the sticky vibes that you sent out to my embie last night :-)

Joeve - hi there, chick, long time huh? I remember you from back in the days of 6months and 12 months+ TTC. Sucky to still see you here too but nice to see you all the same, if you get what I mean!!!!

Matthew's mum - hiya! How are you finding the AP? I went to a different guy last year and it was sooooo relaxing but he left town so am going to someone else. Man, its amazing the reactions a little needle can give! Interesting about the bananas, might give them a miss jic

Well I had an anxious weekend. I found myself googling all my symptoms which were cramping, back pain and hot flashes. The migraines seemed to have stopped which I'm relieved about.
I went through all my notes I made on my last cycles to compare with this one. My last FET in Dec showed back pain and cramping too and was a BFN.
I hope everyone else is surviving without driving themselves crazy. The next couple of days are going to be nerve wracking and I hope AF stays away.

morning everyone,happybaby-it's hard when early preg & af symtoms are similiar,remember all pregnancies are different,same symptoms don't neccessarily mean same outcome,hope it is a bfp this time round..afm-bleeding seems to have stopped,acupuncturist is mixing me up some herbs which she said might help.Rang clinic,they said if the bleeding gets heavy give them a ring back(i think they'll bring bt forward if that happens).

Happybaby - ugh doesn't it suck? I have had cramping since EPU so that has been driving me mad. And still have VERY sore ovaries as well. What day do you have your BT?

Matthew's mum - glad bleeding has stopped, fx it stays away

Me - how can 5 days have gone so slowly? I am on some shift days off work today and tomorrow and I really don't think being at home going insane is the best place for me lol

Well it's not looking good for me. Terrible cramps and backache yesterday with dark blood mixed with crinone. Similar to coffee grains that I've heard people on here mention. This morning it seems like AF has turned up.
Oh well at least my family survived the earthquake in Christchurch yesterday.
BT is on Friday. I hope everyone else is surviving.

Hi girls i am now in 2ww finally had one embie transferred today which was a grade 2+ 8 cell, 3 day transfer so fingers crossed... Had a really crap fertilisation result out of 11 only got my little one so now for the fun 2ww.

Happybaby - GL for your BT today hun, hoping the cramping etc is nothing. Glad your family are all ok, all my friends there are safe which is a relief. Still can't believe it.

Blossom - welcome to the 1 lone embie club. Doesn't it suck to go through all this and only have one fertilise? We were absolutely gutted when we heard, but I keep chatting away to our lil'un, hoping like crazy its snuggling in tightly.

Jayejaye - hiya chick, how is your bloating going? Hoping it is settling a bit.

Me - 5 more days to go until BT and I am going around the bend. I am working evenings atm which means I have all morning to stress. It's weird cos when DH is home, I'm absolutely fine but when I'm alone, forget it. Isn't progesterone a cruel thing with all its early pg symptoms? Aaarrrggghhh!!!

Well I got a surprise as the nurse rang with a BFP.
My hcg level is 128 and the progesterone was 21. As its low it's been increased to 2 crionone per day.
I'm in limbo now because there's still some blood when I wipe. Not really enough for AF.

There should be a BFP Limbo thread for us that are too nervous to join the pg thread.

I have another BT on Monday. :pray:

God, I am hopeless. I just had a pathetic little meltdown to DH because 5 days is SUCH a long time to wait. Honestly, I am going quietly insane here. I really don't want to poas before my BT but I think for the sake of my sanity, my resolve is going to crumble fast.

AFM back home from Brisbane to Sydney today so nice to be back home as we have to get treatment up there so we are normally away for over a week!
I am constantly trying to feel any niggle or signs way too early i know but did anyone have symptons that early i am 3 days past transfer

hi ladies,sorry for the bfn melissaI-hope it's too early too show...happybaby -congratulations....afm-my bt showed a positive but extremely low progesterone,clinic said embryo must of implanted but my ovaries didn't make enough progesterone to support it.thanks for the support & best wishes to all

Very upset at the moment. I had to chase someone from my clinic at 4:20pm as they hadn't rung me and didn't sound like they were going to ring me. My hcg has only risen slightly to 150 - should've at least doubled by now. The nurse has contacted my FS and should hear from him tomorrow. I think I know in my gut that it hasn't worked.

Melissa sorry for your BFN. Let's hope it's too early.

AFM hanging in there and its only 2 more weeks to go. Had some major cramping last night woke up at about 11.45 buckled over on the loo and felt like i was going to vomit as well... I did no. 2 (tmi sorry) and after about 20 mins it all passed, horrible!! Dont know what that was? It has passed now but i have definately been feeling stuff happen down there probably just the crinone gel giving me cramps... Also been extremely tired and not sleeping the best...
