Vitex is a natural medication from healtha nd vitamin places that helps regulate your cycle, supposed to help with releasing LH and supposed to help with PMS, the PMS part I don't feel has helped but I'm in a much better mood this evening after being swimming. Still hot though!
I'll prolly give one more cycle a go if this one -ve then go back to specialist. I don't see point waiting around to get something done sooner.
