Royal Jelly is basically a type of honey. Bees jst get ordinary honey, but only the queen bee gets Royal Jelly, as she is the only bee in the hive that reproduces. Chinese Medicine says that it is full of vit E which is good for cell maintainance and repair and is therefore ideal for ensuring great quality eggs. They also say that it is just wonderful for fertility in general I think just because that is what it is made for by the bees. I've been taking it for about five weeks, and my skin is the clearest it has been in 15 years and CM is good.
