Danni - I saw Dr McBain a few years back and he wasn't my cup of tea at all, I actually saw him once and never went back he freaked me out so much, good luck with it all, I hope the receptionist gave you all the info because I can't imagine he would be the easiest man to pin down for an answer when you need to IYKWIM

Alex - glad it's not just me

ETA - Danni this was just my experience with him he was just way too direct or blunt or something for me and I found he didn't want to give me his time, just wanted to get me in and out so to speak, hope my post didn't sound harsh, it wasn't meant to be

    Hi Lovelies,

Just wanted to drop in quickly to tell you all I am really enjoying my job (trying to get my head around reading house plans is hard!!!), the gym and everything!! I went to the gym for 2 hours straight from work tonight, after working out I decided to do a boxing class. I loved it!!!

Shan - I have everything crossed for you, I really hope I log on tomorrow night and see you have posted a BFP. All my positive vibes are being sent to you sweets

Danni - Hope all goes well with your IUI

Cherie/Alex - I am all crossed up for you both as well!!

    Sari - Hi *waves*

Jane - Hi sweet hope you are well.

Still haven't got af, had a tiny bit of spotting 2 days ago and this afternoon I have just beed presented with a bit of brown sludge (sorry tmi I know!!). So I guess I shall expect her full arrival in the morning. My temp dropped below coverline yesterday and jumped back up today. Who knows??!! I just wanted her to rock up so I can stop this dam temping. DH asked me why I was still taking my temp and I said I feel like I need to do it until AF arrives, it's like finishing what I have started!!

Alex - I think you described it better than me...I do wish it would all go away, that's exactly how I feel I just couldn't find the words when I wrote the post

On a different note, I am so excited it's the last day of May, my appointment with the new FS is in July, so tomorrow I will be able to say I have my appointment next month LOL I am almost like a kid counting down the sleeps 'till Santa

    Hello Girls

I saw my specialist last week and we will be starting IVF very shortly. AF is due this weekend and I start the pill on day 3 and then call the clinic. We are excited and apprenhensive. We are being positive but not too positive IYKWIM. We are having a down reg cycle with a day 5 transfer. Specialist said that success rates are 60% for day 5 transfer. She also said there is a chance I could overstimulate as I have PCOS on my right ovary. Question does your cycle get cancelled if you overstimulate????

I look forward to sharing my journey with you all and sharing your journies with me.

Hi all, been MIA trying to chill out (unsuccessfully I might add). Sorry I don't have time for personals this morning...just quickly, got my final BT tomorrow. Expecting the worst as 2 POAS came back negative...didn't even pick up the pregnyl...so I hold out for a miracle now. Had a good cry w DH last night and will pick up the pieces, I know. Already thinking about that bottle of chardonnay I got for my birthday a month ago and haven't touched yet.....
I know some of you are also coming up to final BT time - good luck all - hope it brings you lots of BFP's.
    Take care

Shan - sorry about the bfn

janee - I will be think of you tomorrow sweets, think positive thoughts.

AF made her grand appearance in full force over night. So TTC is officially over for now, I still want us to have a baby more than anything in the entire world but I am looking forward to having us back for awhile, DH is too. Started our IVF research so by next year we should be prepared and know everything we need to know!! We have also started to plan out where we are going on our Europe trip, we want to go to a few too many places at the moment so we are negotiating with each other about it!!

I am now 'LTTTC on hold', I would miss you lovelies too much so I am still going to be coming in here!!

Huge squishy hugs for you Shan I'm so sorry about your BFN hun.

Chookie - darl, I'm so sorry that AF showed up for you I really hope you enjoy your exciting times during your 'LTTTC-on-hold' (especially no more temping!),and that you come back refreshed and ready to start IVF. Definitely don't be a stranger!

Alex - I've been having lots of cramps too, but I've had them since the ET, so I'm really hoping that it's not a bad sign for either of us. Don't count yourself out yet - positive thoughts and sticky vibes!!

Oh Janee - I'm still keeping my fingers and toes crossed for your little miracle. I'm so sorry to hear about your BFN's.

Welcome Jade - I hope your first IVF cycle is your last one! My Dr told me that I was at higher risk of hyperstimulation because of my PCOS too. I went into hyperstim to start with, and he dropped my FSH dosage on the fourth day of the injections. From what I know, hyperstimulation doesn't necessarily mean that your cycle will be cancelled - it depends on the severity. Normal IVF is a state of controlled hyperstimulation .. it's only when things get out of control that they start to worry, and you'll be monitored the whole time anyway.

Well, I'm feeling weird .. I expected to be totally stressed during this TWW, but the opposite has happened .. I kind of feel like I don't have to worry anymore, that whatever is going to happen will happen, and I don't have to worry about temping and timing BD and watching my CM .. it's like a sense of relief that my part in it is over for the moment IYKWIM. 5 days until my BT .. and I haven't succumbed to lure of the HPT yet.

Hi all! Sorry no time for personals today - welcome to all the new people and good luck to everyone on their two week wait!

Ignore my ticker - I still think FF is wrong. According to it I am on day 14 but I think I ovulated a week later based on my higher temps and my history of post-O temps being in the high sixties. Am praying that they stay high for another week! Did another test at DH's insistence this morning - think it was a but thought there was a very very very faint line. DH thought I was seeing things! I think it was too early anyways and will test again on Sunday I think.

Apologies for the short post. DH's uncle died on Saturday so was away the last day with his funeral and must catch up on some work!

    Hope you are all ok,

    Love
