Hey Girls - hope everyone is travelling OK this month. I just thought I would pop in and let Frustrated know my thoughts about whether or not you should linger around and leave. I don't think you should leave totally. I still linger around, I don't write all the time, but still love to know what you are all up to. It is such an emotional journey and I found this particular forum really got me through some tough times.
It was not until I had stopped taking the clomid that I realised it really does drain you and it is great to be able to compare things with others that it is like.
Personally, I feel that if you get some positive results on here, it give some people hope, I know it did when I was always on here. For the newer ones on here, I was on here for about 7 months (full time!!). Prior to going on clomid had been "trying" for about 14 months, had success on my 6th round at 50 mgs of clomid - after I had a lap/hys and dye through my tubes (so was almost trying for 2 years). You might hear that you shouldn't use it that long, but my doctors thought it was OK, and I had success. So there is hope, I am now at 21 weeks.
Frustrated, hope you are travelling well now you have a bub on the way, try to relax a bit and enjoy it.
Tammara - have my fingers crossed for you and I really hope the surgery worked for you and you have some success.
As for everyone else, I do still linger and have all my fingers and toes crossed, for you all.
I didn't want to go on here and gloat by any means but wanted to offer hope for you all that it can work.
