re: the cyst when i had my ovarian drilling the Dr said there was a cyst there and they took it off but said that wouldnt have been the problem so i would say no but its always worth asking FS about things - everyone is different.
As for me AF came yesterday so i started my injections today and go have ultrasound wednesday and see how my folicles are going so fingers crossed they are big fat jucy ones lol
Be careful with using lube...my FS said even if it's marketed as being fertile friendly, it's best to use nothing, which for me can make DTD a bit uncomfortable unless it's right on O Day. EWCM is egg white cervical mucus - the stuff that indicates you are about to O. I don't get much - some women get heaps. I was using Preseed in the early days (It's expensive!) and there are a couple of other ones on the market now. I even contemplated using raw egg white as this is supposed to be the best alternative, but couldn't bring myself to do it!
Tammara - hope the injections do their job this time. Hope you're not feeling too down about getting AF - I know I always have a little weep when she arrives.
Yes, I agree Jess, we need to give ourselves a break on LTTTC over xmas. It can be such a constant burden at times! I have Yoga Teacher training exams for the next 2 weeks so at least that will help distract me while I'm in the 2WW from this last round of Clomid. I'm due to O any day now and have been having O pains, so fingers crossed and I should know if it worked just before xmas. Otherwise I'm going to let my hair down for xmas and NYE!
Thanks Mez, but im kind of glad i got it so i can start this step and i have decided if nothing happens with my folicles in a couple of weeks im going to talk to FS about ivf, im nearly 35 and i know they say 35 and over is even harder to concieve so im trying to do as much as i can to help
Thank you all for your help with my Cyst problem, ive still had some discomfort & i dont see it settling, but ive booked myself with my FS maybe she can enlighten me a bit, Glad to hear that it shouldnt affect falling pregnant.
What does Ovarian drilling do? & Implantation, is that AI?
Today has been a bit of a depressing day, for no other reason than this. Everyone that walks past is pregnant, so i think i see on average about 50woman walking past with beautiful baby bellies.. i do think they are beautiful, (even if they give us Stress Marks)
Cant seem to think about much else these days, not even shopping Helps

Hey Jess, what’s up love? Are you ok? I’m sending you big cuddles through the net right now. I’m still confused about PCOS not being hereditary, cos if it’s not then my sister and I are just extremely unlucky cos we both have PCO. Jess maybe your sisters irregular periods was to do with PCO, well done to her if she had two babies naturally anyway. Do you know if she’s ever been tested? House is going well, we are both very happy and much more settled in there now as it is our own. How about yours?

Basicly what they do is drill little holes into the ovary - to me it looks like they are using a soldering iron and burning a hard boiled egg lol
And as for what it does i think it just helps the eggs come out my mind is gone at the moment but it just helps the eggs release therefore in theory help you fall preggers. Something must be going ok with me cos since i had it done ive had 2 periods .
And the injections are to help me produce folicles the injections themself are no problems at all the thing that i really dont like are the internal ultrasounds last lot of injections i think i had at least 5 of them within 2 weeks - not painfull just not terrible comfortable as im sure you all know. so hopefully this wednesday when i have my first ultrasound the folicles willl be a good size then i have to take a different needle - this one makes me ovulate (i think) then its hubbys turn to give a sample then it is put in me and fingers crossed.

Hi everyone....so i took my 3rd lot of clomid this month my gyn said only to take half a tablet so i did. I went back to see about 2 weeks ago and he told me maybe the half tablet lowered my progesterone again he said it should be around 70 or 80 any way went for a blood test on day 21 and my results were 120 again!!! This was the result when i first took a full 50mg tablet so thats quite high i have 27 day cycles they are like clockwork but woke up this morning and nothing yet...trying not to get excited....
