Hi ladies!

This thread has quite a positive vibe going on at the moment, even with the arrival of some AFs. It's a good pick me up and everyone is so supportive. This thread has certainly been a lifeline for me!

Keli - today is my last day of clomid as well. FS put me on 25mg so I hope it works with such a small dose. I take mine in the morning coz it gives me insomnia. I've been really teary the last few days of clomid so I'll be glad tomorrow when it's out of my system. Re preseed, my FS said not to use anything, but when I'm in particular need for some extra help, I reach for the tube. I really try not to use it though.

RhiChiChi: sorry to hear Af arrived. Hopefully the test on Tuesday will give you the answers you need.
Mez & Keli: I had shocking side effects from Clomid my first round, literally everything on the list: migraine headaches, nausea, hot flushes, dizziness it was shocking! The 6 rounds since (on a higher dose of 100mg) I have had very little. I can sympathise with you both though, especailly about the grumpiness!
Porsche- let us know how your IUI goes, we all have our fingers crossed!
AFM: on CD 18 currently, hoping to o on CD21, but who knows? Then that dreaded 2WW, the most unbearable part of the month! GL to anyone else in the same boat.

Yes well i am 22 weeks tomorrow, everything is going really well,time is going pretty quick, were trying to get bubs room all ready & getting lots of kicks from bub which is a great feeling that ALL of you will get to experience REAL SOON....
I really do pray for all of you, after TTC for 2 years i no how difficult it can be at times, but everything is all worth it and feels liks a life time ago once you get that BFP.

Hi ladies

hope everyone had alovely weekend and tried to relax and not stress about everything, sorry to hear about the arival of af but i agree that it is still very positive in here i personally think its a good thing.

As for me, i dont think im getting any tell tale signs that im preggers but it is still VERY early but ive not had a period or any spotting at all so im hoping thats good but i am pretty iregular anyway so wont read too much into it.

Better get back to work have a good day everyone.

Thanks for your thoughts re: AF arriving. I am feeling a bit better about it, although I did have a bit of a cry today in what would be the baby's room. DH off tomorrow for sperm testing, should know something by the end of the week.

hey tammara, Dont be mislead my the no Pg signs, I had none really the day before and the day of blood testing i felt a little off when i woke up but that i thought tht was just coz i was so anxious and was all in my head.. It wasnt till prob 2-3 days after i new that i got tired, as for the other symptoms not till a bit later...
I have heard that most people get AF before blood testing after IVF if it didnt work so Great sign that nothing has arrived.. YAY.. keep positive and relaxed i have everything crossed for you..

Hi Ladies

I'm not sure I'm going to need to do IUI. I tested yesterday at 9DPO and there was a very light line on a HPT. I tested today at 10DPO and there is another faint line there but I used a different HPT this time. Both are IC HPT'S. I have a FR sitting in the cupboard but I'm terrified to use it beacuse in a previous cycle I got 2 + IC HPT's and on the 3rd day I tested with a Crystal Clear and it was negitive and AF arrived 2 days later.

now im thinking about thing and signs, ive been sooooooooo tired the last week or so but i just put it down to everything being done with - except the wait. Not reading too much into it thought 2 more sleeps lol

Porsche - I hope that the tests are correct this time & you have a BFP!!! Perhaps wait until AF is due & if no show, then test? Best of luck

As you know i have my blood test tomorrow morning, so i thought just incase it is negative i would do a test tomorrow morning so i dont get the bad news at work but i couldnt help myself today and tested this morning AAAAAAAAANNNNNNDDDDDDDD there is a second line! so im a bit excited still trying not to get too excited but there is a second line happy happy joy joy!

how did you go porche? did you test again? fingers crossed we can both be pregnancy buddies lol good luck to everyone.

That's great news! I'm really happy and excited for you.

Yes I tested this morning with FR and I also got 2 lines lol. It's a faint 2nd line but I am taking into account that I am only 11DPO and the test said to test as early as your first missed period and AF isn't due till Sunday. So I'm guessing that it is a BFP.

Hey girls - am still lurking every now and then to see progress. Big congrats to Tammara and Porsche - the packets usually say even it is a faint line that is meaning it is a positive - as long as there is a second line.

Frustrated - was wondering how long you were now.

AFM - I am now 35 1/2 weeks (those half weeks count!~) have been sick pretty much the whole time and am still pretty much at starting weight, mind you I started out overweight but the OB said everything with bub is OK - so will be better for it. Am starting to get anxious now about - it has to come out somehow!! But mind you the whole journey since Sept 07 (sounds so long) will be worth it.

Also noted someone mentioned about other threads - it is true - this was at the time the most welcoming and supportive, tried to move to others after long term but was the same with posting and didn't have much support. Have now found the "due forums".

Sorry, just sneaking in, but I wanted to say - CONGRATS for the 2 BFPs!

porsche - it's still a BFP if it's light. Mine was so light it could only just be seen and my DH didnt even believe me!

I have PCOS, it took 2 rounds of Clomid 50mg and now I am almost 10 weeks pregnant, and saw my little bub's heartbeat today.

It does happen...
