it looks like i'm on my way out too. poas this am and it was BFN. plus i got some brown spotting (sorry if TMI) - so i expect AF is around the corner. i expected this to happen but i still feel very crappy about it.

hope the rest of you have a heap of better luck!

I have my for you Sophia xo

AFM - nothing much to tell today. Just had a little bit of nausea, hot (clamy prob cos its hot! LOL), a sore itchy throat (weird) and drinking heaps of water but I had nausea when I started the crinone gel so I'm assuming its that.
Just waiting for more signs really but I've read and watched heaps on youtube and everyone seems to be different. Some ppl get cramping straight away whilst others its day 4-8 how weird?!
Anyways trying to keep busy and thinking positive, big to all you ladies

It's a BFP.! Clinic just called to say that I'm definitely pregnant, with very high levels!
I'm beside myself with excitement as the last 2+ years have been really trying at times and I wondered if this day would ever come. So many emotions right now!

Thanks for your support ladies. You have been a great help through this
I hope there are some more bfps here soon! Baby dust to all!

Mia- I had 1 blastie 5dt on 18/2. I had pretty intense cramping on day 3 to the point where I couldn't sleep from the discomfort. Ive been extremely tired all the time, where simple tasks suddenly exhaust me. Massive food aversion and nausea. In fact I've lost almost 4 kilos since i started ivf, mostly in the last two weeks. And I can't remember the last time I was able to eat a meal. The only food that doesn't have me turning green is chocolate! No complaints from me! Cramping still continues to today and feels just like AF is coming. Hope this helps

    Not long to go

Time has flown for me with my work being so chaotic! AF due today so I am nervous as all get up. Have had cramping all week, really bad on Thurs night, loads of cm (ick), but my breasts which are generally sore and sensitive are actually totally fine...who knows. Have a test in the cupboard which I am trying to resist. BT on Tuesday. Like others I started out feeling sure it had worked, now the doubts set in!!!
I am really sorry for everyone who has had no success this time around, such a devestating feeling that is impossible to understand.
Big congrats to those who had positive results, it gives the rest of us hope!
Those still waiting, hang in there!
BTW has anyone else tried acupuncture? I've been going since Dec and I had it a couple of hours after transfer, have read it can increase chances up to 50%.

Ali I did acupuncture over the last 2.5 months and unfortunately my outcomes were still unsuccessful but I figured it was worth a try, he did say my body all round was a bit of a mess so he had a lot to work through with my body so maybe that's why it didn't help me.

keeks - congratulations, you must be thrilled.

ali - i tried acupuncture with last two transfers (before & after ET), unfortunately it didnt work for me but i have heard good things about it. i have had acupuncture just to regulate cycle/increase blood flow etc, and found it quite relaxing. goodluck with your BT tuesday.

afm - not much happening, havent felt a thing yet, which i know is probably too early to expect (only being 3 days past transfer!). i know it doesnt necessarily mean nothing is happening in there, but i would still find it reassuring to have something... cramping, twinges etc. hope everyone else is going ok.

    Ladies

Signing in from my parents place as I'm babysitting the fur babies over the weekend whilst they're away

Andie - I havent felt a thing either, I feel a little nausea at times but I had that before when I started the Crinone gel. Not sure if this "means" anything but I'm hoping beyond hope for some sort of sign just like you. Did you have any twinges in previous IVF experiences?
next week we have some BFP's regardless xo

Alimunro - you're SO strong by next week I'll be REALLY wanting to POAS not sure I'll be able to hold off. Well done

AFM - not much to report same as usual just occasional nausea. I remembered from the only time I got utd (naturally) that I did have cramps like AF early but I suppose its all different cos this is through IVF. A little concerned but still hoping beyond hope that my little Nov12 baby becomes reality.
    Sending you all

    Congrats Keeks - awesome

Ali, I've been doing acupuncture but have no idea if 'worth it' from the BFP perspective yet .... have certainly felt very calm and centred since I've been doing it and have relished the time to focus so will probably do it next time also (if required, of course!)

Andi, Mia ..... sounds like you guys are doing ok

Vic - biggest of big hugs to you

AFM enjoying a lazy weekend and have been spoiled by attention from DH including some beautiful pink roses. Only side effct from crinone has been mildy sore (.)(.) since ET Monday. Got some sharp lower abdominal pains yesterday and some low-grade cramps this afternoon with increasingly sore (.)(.) Am enjoying living the dream for now!!! Have a great Sunday eveyone.
