Well don't look at me I am notoriously bad for encouraging people to POAS waaaaaaaay to early because I personally have an attachment issue with them. i love watching the pee line move up the stick - the excitement, the action sitting on the edge of the toliet seat type!!! i can hardly wait. I was so cranky AF arrived 5 days early last month I only got to torture myself with 1 pee stick!

Ok....I'll begin by being selfish and start with my update. Did the POAS on Thursday afternoon with the Early Detect (as recommended!). BFN. Reassured myself that it was just a good sign that the trigger is out of system, YAY and that Thursday was way too early anyway, as was only 4dpt. lol. Resisted the urge Friday. Got up this morning and POAS. Got the faintest of faint lines, but it doesn't look like a shadow line, you can hold it at a distance and still just see it. FX!!!!!! Will do the 3rd and final in the pack tomorrow morning (surely they could have had a pack of 5 lol). DH is so excited he's already introducing our DD to names to see her response. I'm trying to keep him in check but to be serious, my heart is racing with excitment to get rid of the day and bring on the next morning pee. Tuesday is the "formal" poas as per FC direction, followed by another Thursday. If only i can keep that faint line until then.

Joaeve - does that sound like enough poas's for you lol. you're funny, but i agree, it does lead to some excitment in the bathroom in the morning, even if it only lasts for 3 mins

Saffy, i didn't realise you were still on meds which interfer with poas, must have missed that post along the way! The time delay must be infuriating, but hopefully will be well worth it in the end.

Mrs Mac, i hope it's not AF for you. I was having some pinkish crinone and wondered if my eyes were just muddling up or seeing what i wanted them to see, i have read it can be either older brown or the pinkish tinge...Can i get personal and ask, if AF hasn't come yet, have you noticed a difference in the discharge, that allegedly changes after implantation too?? Here's hoping and wishing for you FX.

RhiChiChi - hello hello hello, how exciting you're in here too. I agree with Saffy, we had numbers dropping with BT's so close for everyone, so your experiences in here would be most welcomed.

Vic, love your positive approach with the pram shopping already, hope everything went well this morning and a big welcome to your too into the TWW brain strain

Have a gr8 weekend ladies xx

Ooooh Kimbe, FX for you hun! That's what happened to me I tested when the trigger was still in the system (faint positive), then waited a couple of days and it was BFN, then a couple of days later I had a faint line again. Good luck sweetie, will have everything crossed for you very tightly

    Hi Girls

I am back into the madness that is the TWW!!! Ugh!! Its the worst part of the whole process. Transfer went ok. I had a new resident and she was down there for ages trying and it was extremely painful as its only been 2 days since EPU. Then she told the embryologist she was all good, then nope, not yet. DH thinks the embryologist looked annoyed and now he is having doubts its going to work. Still its all in, and I really intend to rest up this time. I have taken the week off work. DH goes away for work on Monday. I hate it when he is away.

Kimbe - Thats great news hunni!!! It would be great to have another BFP in here!!!

Saffy - It feels like you have been in here forever, so it must be longer for you.

If only we knew at the end of the TWW we were definately pg, then we wouldnt mind the wait.

Vic it sounds like you had a rough transfer, it's great you have the week off. Hope it's here is a sticky embie in there for you.
I am so excited I will be in here again on Wednesday to join you ladies, I was hoping to take off the rest of the week but unfortunately appointments will prevent that.

I hope to see some more bfp's in here, see you all in here wed :-)

    Hi girls,
Kimbe- great news onthe line- well done i hope it gets darker!!
Vic- welcome, gosh what a terrible transfer you had, don't worry I'm sure the embie/s ( 1 or 2?) is/are safe and sound, I agree, it is rough to have someone poking and prodding there only 2 days after EPU.
Joeve- had you decided when you will start poas??
Mrsmac- how are you going?? Has your spotting stopped?
RhiChiChi-hope oyur tww gets a bit more exciting soon!

afm- in no man's land here, I have been poas since thursday to see when my last pregnyl injection leaves my system, it was on Wednesday afternoon. So far the pos line i am getting has basically been the same strength every day, today's may have been very slighly lighter but not by much. Not sure whats happening. I felt a bit seedy the last few days but normal I think today so maybe it is just wearing off now. Of course the rational part of me knows that any symptoms are from the pregnyl shots but I can't help but hope To top it off, I thought i had two packets of 3 First Response but I must have accidently picked up a pkt of 1 instead so now i only have 1 left. On night shift tonight so won't poas tomorrow morning anyway, but how annoying!

    Stalking stalking....

Ooooooh Kimbe that's exciting!! Exactly the same as my experience - The line appeared 6dpt and then just kept getting stronger. I'm dying to hear how you went with POAS this morning??.

Saffy your on the down hill slide to BT now - fingers crossed for you I think you'll have to invest in another 3 pack of FREDs!!,

    Everyone else good luck!

    X

Kimbe - Sounds very promising! GL hun everything is crossed for you

Vic - Sorry your t'fer was a bit rough :-( I hope it doesn't have a neg affect on the end result. Rest up!

Saffy - :-( bugger for picking up the wrong packet of tests. How long would it take for the pregnyl to leave your system?

AFM - I am confused. My bbies are almost not tender anymore & this is the sign that AF was on her way. BBies stop being sore. I am not sure what to make of it all. T'fer was only on Thursday, so it is too early to test plus I have no tests b/c I told myself I can't test, just to go with the blood test. I tend to go loopy POAS.... Gosh this tww sucks already!

Quick question girls, in all the madness of yesteday I crawled into bed once we get finally got home. I woke up at 3.15am and realised that I have not taken my prog pess so burst into tears and quickly inserted one. I am praying that the 2 littlies inside are still there. I took my first pessary yesterday morning. It was a day 2 transfer, and I just hope that because it was a stim cycle my body is already producing progesterene??? I took another one around 10.00am this morning and will take another one tonight to bring myself back into line 1 x 2 a day.

Thoughts anyone??? Have a ruined my cycle ????????

Saffy - glad the pregnyl seems out...bugger re: the HPT running out!! Thursday's your BT right?? Less than a week - it doesn't sound like much but it's just 4 more sleeps.

Rhi - any news?? That's weird re: bbies. The progesterone gets mine like rocks, but not sore at all. Could it be a good sign that your body is reacting differently this time??

Vic - what is it with rookies doing horrible transfers. My heart goes out to you, you're already in enough physical and emotional pain without that happening. FX it's the last of the negative experiences for you for a long time (and by the sounds of things, you have such a good mind set, i loved you "build it and they will come" quote!)

    Mrs Mac? How's things??

AFM - poas again this morning, 2nd line now more visible and arrived much quicker. Totally stoked and already risking a jinx by telling my 3 closest girlfriends via photo text of the poas lol.

Wanting the same for each of you so desperately, bring on the next 4 sleeps and beyond!!!

Vic I forgot my progesterone pessaries for a whole night (I'm on 2 at night at bedtime). FS said not to worry, and just to make sure I did them as normal that night ( I called him the morning after the night I forgot). I wouldn't worry too much, main thing is you remembered

Kimbe - awesome news!!! Hopefully you will be joining a Belly Buddies group in no time! You may even be in the same one as Janie and I which would be awesome

Saffy - is it sad I have your BT in my diary? I have all my fingers and toes crossed for you.

Rhi - even though it's early days I have a good feeling for you

And Joeve you make me laugh! Thank you.

    Good luck everyone else

    Xx

Kimbe - yay! another graduate, awesome! :-) I have no idea what to think of about my bbies not being sore anymore but what can I do but wait??

Vic - I don't know the answer to your question, but just carry on as per normal. I didn't go to bed until about 1am this morning (had a party), so prog. cream went in alot later than normal for me.

3rd time lucky - thanks for your positive thoughts :-)
