    Um..... I got a BFP?!!??!!?!!

I think I'm still struggling to process it.
I have an u/sound in two weeks (wondering why I don't have further tests to check HCG is on the rise?) to make sure the little one isn't ectopic etc.

KMM, Brunette: I reckon I am totally on to something with these Easter embies, and good luck coming in three's. You are going to get your BFPs in 5 days!

I am sending all the stickiest vibes to both of your bellies (as well as my own).

Damn, I just wrote a post and it disappeared.

Sorry for being MIA. It's a combination of having no computer access at home and being in a bad space for the last few days.

CK, I hope you and your DH have sorted things out. I am that your BT (which is today, isn't it?) brings positive news! Please, please, please.

kmm, how you going? I hope you're in a better place than you said you were the last few days. Not many days now till our joint BT.

AFM, it's not been good. I ran out of a type of drug I needed on the weekend which could only be made up at a compounding pharmacy during weekdays. Of course, I didn't know this. My FS was overseas and there was nothing I could do. I've had spotting since Monday and heavy spotting at that for the last two days. (Sorry if TMI). I spoke to my FS this afternoon. I wanted to bring my BT forward as it doesn't look like it has worked - again - and I'm sick of being a pin cushion. Because of a pregnyl shot on Sunday, he said I'll still test positive until next Sunday. My BT was Monday anyway, so only one day difference. He said there's a definite link between not having this drug and my spotting. I blame myself anyway for each cycle not working - rightly or wrongly - and now I definitely have myself to blame. Sorry guys but I am not in a good space still.

I am really praying for good news for you both, though!

Oh No Brunette I did read your post the other day about trying to find the right chemist but I ended up reading it a few days after you'd posted so I thought that maybe you'd found a place. Why couldn't they bloody well do it on the weekend???

    CK, that's great news.
My clinic does weekly bts till 8 weeks and a scan at 7 weeks. It's a nuisance, but i spose it also offers some reassurance.

Brunette - Please be kind to yourself. You've got enough on your shoulders without adding to it. Maybe try and imagine the kind, gentle advice you'd give to someone else in your situation. Take care

I know; who know? I am so beating myself up about it now.

What great news for you, though. Have you told many people yet, or just keeping it between you and DH?

Thanks for the kind words ladies.

KMM, what pre-menstrual symptons are you having? I had a week of period-type cramping and a massive headache (which I have now put down to the Crinone gel), and a few days ago I started getting a sore lower back, so I started freaking out a bit. Make sure you keep talking to the little one, telling it to hang on tight in there.

Brunette, I've let a few people know (family and close friends) but I'll limit it to that for the time being.
Like KMM said, I wish there was something we could say that would help you right now....

Marcellus, I went and spoke to the Fertility Nurse at QFG this morning, as they've buggered up my invoice (long story), and I mentioned that if I press my lower left abdomen gently there is a pain (and I was worried that it might be ectopic as apparently chance of that is increased if using fertility drugs), and she advised me that it's definitely not ectopic as my HCG reading wouldn't have been as high as it was (apparently over 800!). So maybe I shouldn't be worried that I'm not getting the weekly checks that your clinic does!

oh well, back to work before the boss catches me ;-)

brunette, hope you're ok sweetie. I'm thinking of you and sending you big hugs.

CK - I have cramps, but really only at nght and in the morning when I wake. really strange. and yesterday morning they were much worse on my left side. I'm trying not to think too much about it. just waiting for Monday. although I felt really really really happy to read you had the same symptoms (only because of your outcome of course!). no headaches for me, but no gel either.

    is there anybody else waiting??

Hi ladies, thank you all for your kind words. Sorry I have been MIA; just trying to deal with things. BT tomorrow, so we'll find out for sure then.

KMM, Not long to go now - one day; less than that even. It's so hard with cramping and pre-menstrual symptoms also being close to early pregnancy symptoms. It's very mean I think. GL and I've got my FX for you big time!

CK, Your beta level is great news; very reassuring I bet.
