Thanks ladies, i had kind of already cried all my tears because i new it was coming, basically at this point i fee like a failure. I feel like I am failing myself, my husband and my parents, while I know that it's nothing that I am doing I still feel like it is my right as a woman to be able to do this and my body is failing me. But anyway, they have moved my BT up to tomorrow. I asked if I could do back to back FET but it's not Likely. She said she would leave a note on my file for the FS but my last cycle I needed to start injections on CD2 and the FS usually doesn't contact me until around 4or5 days after a failed cycle once he has look at my file so looks like I'll be sitting this one out again which sucks because my last unmediated cycle was something stupid like 55 days long. Guess I'll just have to wait and see what happens.

Oh Hun don't feel like a failure because you aren't, unfortunately we have to work with what we have and you can't help that your body needs some extra help to have a baby. It is not your fault, please remember that...it is very easy for us to blame ourselves and feel like that.
I hope you can do another cycle straight away like you want.
Hug hug hug hug we are all here for you

    Hugs mrs Mac!

Well I have a blast onboard so officially I'm PUPO, now to suffer the 2ww.

I have the worst cough, I'm embarrassed to say I was worried coughing so much might mean the emby wouldnt implant, stupid huh? It's going to be a long 2ww for me I think!

Lol ps that just cracked me up, think you little embie will be fine with coughing... If it was after dtd and trying naturally then yep I would avoid the coughing hehe

    mrs mac - sorry

PS - i reckon the fact that you have a cough is good, given the immune suppressing protocol you are doing... hopefully your immune system is too busy fighting your cough to worry about your embryo!

afm - af due today, i poas yesterday (silly i know as i have never been pregnant naturally!), negative of course. goodluck to everyone. xx

jumping on the TWW bandwagon, I had started LDS FET this time around, and on friday 13th we had a transfer of a 3 day embie. scoring 2.5 out of 4 with less than 10% fragments. Just got my prog results 105 and estrogen was 697.. numbers look good. this is a sticky one...

I am hoping its a good sign, it was pushed forward about 4 days cause my estrogen was high. I feel ok, still cramping daily Anyone know the success rates of FET? is it about 30%?

I'm in here too now..... had ET this morning. 2 day embie.... only 2 cells at the moment but it was a good quality one, so hoping it's a sticky one.

sorry krikket I don't know the success rate of FET - I think it depends on age and all the other characteristics as well.....

Krikkit, my FS told me FET has the same chance of working as a full cycle.

I have the most terrible bloating in my stomach..., not my abdomen. Much higher than that.

It hurts. FS at ET said its the hormones and I should watch for any nausea....

I feel very uncomfortable and sorry for myself.... But told myself I was going to be positive... I finding it a bit tricky..... Has anyone had OHSS and know what it feels like...? I'm thinking maybe I've got a bit but would feel reassured to know its not going to get worse. I've got to take the pregnyl ttomorrow and Dr google is telling me that can make it worse... Of course I'm going to take it still!!! But please pray that it doesn't get more painful..... Im
    an unhappy chappy right now..,.

Sneaking in to say, yes I have Myturn. That's how it started for me. Are you taking pregnyl?

eta - yes, you are! It will make it worse. Contact your clinic and ask their advice. Also watch your daily weight gain.

    Hi myturn,

I had OHSS. It started with the same kind of bloating upper abdo - I have only done one egg collection cycle so I'm not sure what the pain is like post pick up for people who don't get OHSS if that makes sense... I had bad pain around my uterus and also the upper abdo, FS put me on panadeine forte.

You've gotten way further than me - I wasn't allowed to have a fresh transfer - because of the OHSS. I never got any nausea which is what I was also told to look out for - just the pain and swelling.

It settled down after about 3 days. My FS told me to drink lots of water and stay off my feet for a few days. The reason my cycle was cancelled was because FS didn't want me to have the pregnyl (at the time I wished I had just shut my mouth and not said anything, sucked up the pain so my cycle didn't get cancelled). In hindsight he would've seen the swelling and cancelled me anyway I reckon!

Good luck - fingers crossed it doesn't become OHSS and this is your lucky cycle. My only advice is if your worried - dont necessarily wait for the nausea before calling your clinic - that's what I did and the nausea didn't come..

Myturn I've had mild OHSS both fresh cycles. This last time I had stomach pain and bloating and I was also throwing up. My FS wasn't too concerned but was happy to see me if I was worried. I was on Digesic tablets from EPU to help with the OHSS. I had 24 at EPU. My pain was "manageable" with the digestic, panadol and a heatpack.

They tell you to get heaps of protein. Things like nuts etc... Also if you can get yourself some Hospital grade sustagen as that has a high protein content. Also drink heaps of water they like you to have 2-3 litres from memory. I hate water so always struggled with that.
