Yep. Just muddling through trying to learn it all!

7dp3dt for me today. Pretty sure it hasn't worked. Not feeling much in the way of anything that could not be attributed to the pessaries

Slight nausea at times and a couple of twinges. Had a little bit of mild cramping a few days ago but so minimal that it barely counts. Boobs are only slightly sore.
