Hello all,
Miss C - hope that AF has not come and that you have a wonderful flight and a great start to your big adventure. Have fun and good luck
Not much news here. Had BT this morning, so now waiting for the dreaded phone call. AF has stayed away but I figure that is from the progesterone more than anything else, but who know, maybe even with a neg POAS there may be hope, but I dont think so. Bought three new fish for my tank to help me relax when I get the :bfn: - I'm guessing it may be overstocked by the time we get our :baby:!
Hope that everyone is well and keeping AF away! Wishing everyone lots of :goodluck: and :stickyvibesgirl::stickyvibesboy:.

Hi all just popped in to let you know I had my blood test this morning and a BFN

But they were two such healthy eggs...
I'm off for a while, to everyone else wishing you sticky vibes
Hello fg

Farmgirl and country blue
So sorry about your results. Hugs to both of you.
Af for me should be due around Anzac day as I am having an untracked cycle just have to wait for it to arrive or do a HPT about a week after that. Fat chance of me waiting that long.
-
Country blue - i'm so sorry about the BFN - it sucks after all that waiting and stress to get a neg :(
saph - good luck for your anzac day test
Everyone else - goood luck - I'm going to take a break from BB for a little while (well at least a day or two) to get my head back in some sort of logical spot.

Hi I am new to this thread i am 3 days PT with a blastocyst . This is my first FET but second transfer i am a nervous wreck I keep wondering what every niggling little pain is. Does anyone know much about how the blastocyst is supposed to look when it is transferred, the scientist told me it had not expanded as much as it should have but then my Dr said it was still a good embryo to transfer. Another question do you have to have implantation bleeding ?? What level of cramping is normal ??
Love and lots of baby dust to you all
Talaiha::dance:
-
Well there is really not alot happening in here at the moment. Still just plodding my way through not really expecting a positive result as this was an untracked cycle. Although (Very much TMI) my CM has been a little odd. Had the change to suggest ovulation but then it hasn't really changed back so now I am not sure as to weather I ovulated or not or weather we caught that little eggie. Heres Hoping.:crossfingers: Hope everyone else inthe TWW is keeping well.
-
Hi Tali,
Good luck with your Fet i to am on the 2WW with an expanded blastocyst on board.
If you look on google you can see picture of a blastocyst at each stage - my clinic gives us a photo just prior to transfer. Implantation bleeding is the exception not the rule so don't expect it as it does not happen all that often. As far as cramping goes - it could be the progesterone support if you are on some - last months fet i had lots and lots of cramping this months fet hardly a thing - i don't think there really is a rule to it. I have heard of good stories with cramping and i have heard of no symptoms and BFP's - i always hang out to BT day - i just don't trust those HPT's - i figure the only true way is a blood test, you could test positive to a HPT and it could only be chemical and then you could test negative on a HPT and get a positive BT - so hope i have helped you out a little. :goodluck: and i hope you get a BFP :bluedust: to you.
-
i wanted to catch up with my TWW buddies and send Farmgirl and Country.Blue commiserations and hugs on your BFNs. i hope you are both doing ok and looking to the future.
mrs_c, i know you are offline somewhere in the UK but i hope you have had the best possible news yesterday. i am hanging to hear. and i hope you are settling in ok.
kristy, :happyforyou: on your BFP! so lovely to hear your news belatedly. take care and a H&H 9 months ahead.
tali, good luck. having a blastie is fantastic and even the most dodgy of 4 cell embryos can go on to be successful pgs so you have a great start there.
saph, i hope you caught that eggie too hun :crossfingers:
lissie, i am SO happy to see you in here! yippee on your ET. i have everything crossed that this is the one for you and DH. big hugs
:goodluck2: for lots of BFPs in here soon.

:hello: girls,
Well i did it - positive blood test HCG was 235 which doctor is really happy with - have another blood test next week then a scan in 3weeks. I still cannot believe it - i think im going to be a mummy - this little one just has to stay put for another 36weeks.
Wishing everyone else good luck and :bluedust: to all.

Lissie you have made my day that much better :cheer: :happyforyou: :cheer:
-
FG - so sorry, sweet. I hope you're doing ok, and that the space is giving you time to recuperate and be well :hugs:
CB - I found that wanting to get into the next cycle straight away was always something that helped deal with the pain of a cycle that wasn't a success. I hope that thinking about a new cycle is really helping you, hun. Many hugs.
Tali - good luck with your TWW, hun. I know it is so hard not to analyse every little thing as just knowing anything can help with the helpless feeling that can be overwhelming in the TWW. My advice is try not to read too much into anything. There are sooooo many different variations on what is 'normal' if anything is normal at all when you're going through the TWW. I hope that you're doing ok and able to stay calm and look after yourself by not stressing too much, hun. Good luck!
Lissie - huge congratulations! That's fantastic news! Wishing you a wonderful and healthy pregnancy :hooray: :hooray:
saph - been thinking of you - very big fingers crossed for you - you never know when the right month will be... :goodluck2:
I'm sorry I haven't been here much, and definitely no where near as much as I would like to be able to support everyone - since landing in the UK last Thursday we really haven't had a lot of time to stop, and my internet connection is again limited until we get a home of our own. Booo!
As for me, I had my first BT last Friday, which came up with a level of 83, 13dpt. My repeat BT today came up with a level of 377, 16dpt. So I'm now starting to relax a little, and I think I might actually be UTD! Based on LMP I'm 4w6d tomorrow, so hopefully the wait and the nerves for the first scan somewhere in week 6 won't be too bad!
Luck, luck and more luck to all you lovelies in the TWW - lots of sticky vibes and baby dust!
Hugs,
Miss C

Miss C this is just wonderful :cheer::cheer::loveshower::hooray:

Hi Gals... I'm back and feeling really positive this month. All levels are FAB and 2 blasts were transfered today!! YAY!:loveshower:
Sending you all lots and lots of 'bubwishes'! :bluedust:
-
Hello all,
Well I'm back again - does not seem so long ago that I was here...
FET today - but got a bit of a shock as it took two embies to get one to transfer, and now we only have one left - plus the one on board. I think it has hit me really hard that this could be our last chance from this pick up.. :(
Anyway - good luck to everyone in the TWW.
FG

Miss C and Lizzie Congratulations thats the best news. I really am so happy for you.
Sorry about no personals...just trying to read all your posts to see how you are all going...........GL to you all....you all deserve the world of sticky vibes........
have been thinking of you all and the journey you are on.:grouphug:
-
Bubwishes - hoping all is going well for you - you must be really close to your BT now! Fingers crossed for a great result for you! Eveything at transfer sounded very positive! :goodluck:
FG - Hello, hun. I've been thinking about you, although not having a chance to post very much at all because of a lack of internet connection since moving o/s (it should be better now!). I'll be thinking of you in the TWW - I'm sorry that you lost an embie during thaw - that must be very difficult. I'm glad you're in the TWW again though, and I hope you're doing ok. I hope work is still busy - I'm sure that will help! ;) It only takes one embryo - admittedly the right one - but each time you're in the TWW is a chance for that to happen. I have lots and lots of hope for you! Lots of hugs
Carla - thanks for the congrats :) Hope you're doing well!
Warm wishes to anyone else in the TWW - I hope there's wonderful news to come!
Miss C

Hi
Yep, I'm in the 2ww too although it's actually 11 days. I've been keeping a low profile .. just my way of dealing with it.
BT is on Tuesday - 4 more sleeps. So far I feel fine, got a sense that something is going on in there .. just slight .. (that could be the progesterone pessaries?). Been a bit tired the last couple of days but that could be from having a busy week.
I know enough that any symptoms, when taking meds, could be deceiving so just trying to keep a level head. Feeling very fortunate, only had to thaw 1 blast, have 6 left.
Actually I've decided that I will leave my mobile at home that day and listen to the message when I get home from work. I've been pretty relaxed but somehow I just think it will be very emotional whatever the outcome.
Good luck to you all.:)
-
Hey Belle
Not long to go now.Good luck and loads of:stickyvibesgirl: Its weird because im quite fine now but i know those last few days are just the worst, good idea with the phone. Are you on crinone and do you know does it delay AF?
-
Thanks Scooby - goodluck to you:crossfingers:
I used crinone briefly when I had stim cycle but .. overstimmed so no fresh transfer. I didn't like it ... i think it was too much for me. Anyhoo this time the bottle just says 'Progesterone Pessaries', they're quite small, waxy and cone shape.
I was told in here recently that taking progesterone holds off AF and it won't start until your progesterone levels drop to trigger it. Does anyone else know what the go is?
:)
-
Ok, so if you are on estrogen and progesterone during your FET cycle .... if you take a PG test before official BT will it be accurate ... ie. will the meds interfere in getting a result?
:)
-
Hey Belle
As long as your not on pregnyl you will not get a false +ive as progesterone does not contain any HCG which is what HPT measure, i think by now your triiger would be out of your system and yeah prog pessaries will delay AF, thats why i wasnt sure about crinone cause alothough its prog i think its a much lower dose, but really not sure. Are you going to test soon Belle i think youve been great waiting this long  I think we are the only ones in here at the moment?
-
Hey Scooby
Yeah seems a bit quiet. Its taken me so long to get to this point. i had my stim cycle back in feb/early march and am having medicated FET cycle at the moment so only estrogen and progesterone pessaries.
I did end up having a bit of spotting yesterday and feels like AF will start but rang the clinic this morning. They said nothing to worry about, its quite common/normal with this type of cycle and its definately not my AF so seems positive so far.
:crossfingers::)
-
Woah i thought mine was a long cycle as i was on a pill crossover, but thats nothing like yours. The spotting sounds really +ive i had very similar with DS and waws really crampy like AF would start any minute. So its lookin good belle, when is your prg test?
-
HI Ladies,
I'm joining you today in the TWW after my first ET this morning. I embie transferred, and now the waiting begins.
Looking forward to chatting with you.

Hi
Hi everyone
I have to admit I'm more a reader than a poster, but now that I'm in the TWW for the first time I thought I'd add my little bit.
One week ago I had 24 eggies picked up, 16 inseminated (ICSI), 13 fertilised and now I have 1 lovely blastie bubble on board and, I just found out today, 3 in the freezer. Blood test is on 21st May.
Am feeling very fortunate to have such a good result so far, as our last (and first) cycle ended up with only 1 fertilised and then no transfer at all!
So I have been patting my belly lots and trying to be positive but not think about it too much, like all of you I'm sure ;):wiggle:
Wishing you all a cruisy wait and :goodluck2:
-

Hi girls
Yeehaaa the TWW is finally happening
TL: fancy meeting you here  hope your TWW flies by.
Belle: how you goin have you given into the POAS yet!!
Lulu: I would love to say its nice to share another TWW with you, but....... for both our sakes i hope its the last  when is BT for you? good luck and the stickiest of :stickyvibesboy: Hope fully we will be sahring the prg thread soon !
BB: Good luck and hope your TWW flies by!
Numa: thats incrediable 24 eggs, you must have been ready to burst, well fingers crossed hope this is the one!!!!
Hope i havent missed anyone.
Well im now in the one WW as BT is next tuesday, went and had my levels checked today. The last week has flown by since ET but i just know this week will b slow and agonising, i may have to give into the poas this weekend though ( i have no will power) i actually read one girls account of IVF and she said doing a POAS was her taking back some control of the whole process, so i thought that sounded like a really good excuse, i think also i like to be prepared for THAT phone call.
Anyone get really bad AF cramps with crinone, i feel like AF is going to arrive at any moment also pulling pains if i move the wrong way ?
Well have a great day everyone, talk to you soon love scoobs:hug:
-
