Hi Ladies, I am officially on the 2WW with you ladies. Now I know some of you already, I'm hoping to get to know everyone else soon!
JBM - Sending you for a BFP, I hope you get good news soon!
Mels77 - Good luck hon, sending you and don't give up, keep up the good work so far!
BecD - Honey I'm sorry to hear your news, I hope you're ok, I feel for you thnking of you and take care of yourself.
AFM - I had my transfer done on Sunday, it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. I had 2 Blastocysts transferred, I am for good news. My BT is on the 27th of December. Its such a long way to go.... Also I have been getting some Crinone symptoms today, hot flushes bad...and grumpiness feeling a bit down, but I'm not complaining, I can put up with all that, if I get a nice belated Christmas present
Everyone else I have missed, wishing you all good luck ladies, and I hope you all get a BFP soon.
well i am at the end of a bad tww. i am doing my POAS wednesday, but i already know what it will be.
i had my ET on 4th dec. i was dizzy and had lower back pain on days 4 & 5dpt. then i had a two day bleed with clots and back pain on day 6 &7dpt.
so i assume that this was my period.
although the nusre at the clinic said it may be an incomlete period as it was only 2 days???? she also said as i had two frosties transfered one may stick around??
today is day 28 and i am again experiencing morning dizzyness and lower back pains, but no other symptoms...
so i am in limbo land bigtime. i have been pregnant naturally before and it was so easy compared to this hell.
because this was a natural cycle i assume that if my period comes early that i may need to have progesterone next time??? i also read that it is a good thing to have the progesterone before the transfer??? anyone tried this????
has anyone out there in TWW land detoxed???? i stopped alchol, coffee and anything else that is bad or naughty....i read tonight that a glass of white wine each night is a good thing as it relaxes your uterus for implanting......maybe trying to do all the right things are not helping at all????!!!!
goodluck to you all with you BT's this month....
i couldn't think of a better xmas present...
michelle
kittycat - will keep fingers crossed for you. it might not be over yet!? I thought red wine thinned the blood - not sure whether this would help or hinder pregnancy?? good luck.
jen - congrats on your transfer!! good luck for this TWW (ps, hate crinone! evil stuff...)
grub, minniemouse, loula and possums - hiya!
butterfly - congrats! that was a very short visit! hopefully we all follow you outta here into the pregnancy thread very soon.
becD - I'm so sorry for you. I really hope you're doing ok hoping your levels drop naturally and you can get back to a frozen cycle in the new year.
s'rose - hope the pains have stopped and that you're surviving the TWW.
cuddlepie - i hope you're surviving this TWW. know what you mean about the POAS ban! I could never ever stick to such a ban...the best I can do is to try and prolong POASing as much as possible!! Hope the twinges aren't driving you crazy (like they are doing for me!)
Ibb - don't give up hope!! countless friends have told me that AF symptoms are often identical to pg symptoms. So I agree with others - ignore all symptoms!!! Hope you're hanging in there.
JBM- how are you going???? I hope you're not going crazy (sadly, I think the madness has set in for me ) Hope that your positivity has continued and that your baby is snuggling in tight.
afm, I feel ok. still very slightly coloured (pinkish) CM (sorry, tmi again!) but I haven't been feeling as grumpy as I normally do pre-AF. Also my skin is still breaking out a bit (whereas it normally clears up before AF). So I figure this could definitely go either way at this point. Doing my best to ignore the twinges and tingling in my belly (but I like to think that it is my bubba holding on tight). I am going to POAS on Friday morning - 3 more sleeps - fingers and toes are crossed. (Sorry for the long post - but I wanted to catch up on everyone!)
wow, so many in TWW this time, i can hardly keep up.
Cuddlepie: yes POAS buddies on saturday, who cares what dh says?! good luck to you and sending you lots of sticky vibes .
lulu: thanks for the advice on injecting, i'm about to do number 3 injection and i'll try bit slower.
ibb: takes a while for swelling to go down after egg pick up, i'm still fat, or maybe that is i'm just a cuddly person anyway ? who knows. hope you feeling better soon
srose: hi to you , hope you going well
bec: hugs to you. so sorry for bfn. so sad . sending you some cyber hugs. xxoo
butterflyqld: YEAH, BFP !!!!! congrats to you.
jen: crinone is yuk stuff.i don't like it at all
kittykat: hugs 4 you, i sort of detox. i never drink coffee or tea or alcohol, but i cut down on chocolate . don't know if it helped me? good luck next time.
mels: slight madness i think 4 me . remember " ignore ALL symtoms" even ignore no symtoms, ignore everything. fingers crossed for you.
afm: well i am about to have 3rd pregnyl injection and am starting to feel a little crazy. no real symtoms yet for me. still positive and i even told dh the baby's name yesterday. i think he thinks i am crazy.
i will be doing a test on saturday, so 4 days to go.
Janet, if you are still doing Pregnyl injection now, Im afraid Saturday POAS can be misleading then...as Lulu point it out, it can stay in your system for 5 days....but hey with a fist of salt, you go crazy!
hi everyone...hang in there..the waiting is horrible, especially after an ivf cycle...
kittycat- so sorry it wasn't to be for you this time round
I am not expecting anything to happen this natural cycle, but of course part of me hopes a miracle will happen...i haven't felt any symptoms... i think I am 7dpo
I dont have any POAS at home...I am trying not to buy any..probably will though!
Kittycat - so sorry you had to go through the final confirmation. But I am glad you get to see your FS tomorrow and formulate the next plan of attack.
Mels - Hoping that the swing is in favour of a miracle. Sincerely hope the POAS Friday is very friendly to you.
JBM - Its definitely a crazy wait time... hope you can hold on until Sunday and that it gives a nice clear bfp.
Tania - Hope you are going well hun.
Possums - I hope that this cycle is kind to you and that you can resist the poas for a while longer. Praying that a sticky little miracle is headed your way.
Cuddlepie - Oh hun, I know what you mean and the hope and its fickleness lol. Hoping that its confusion means a little christmas bundle on the way.
AFM: Still getting the mild pains on and off every day... 8dpo today, so it needs to keep it up for about another week. I am hopeful and yet fearful all the time, as expected I suppose. But these pains are something very new, so potentially terribly exciting. I have definitely got fatigue, but thats easy to blame on a whole range of other things
I would also be encouraged by those pains S'rose...I had pains, stabbing, cramping, ovulation style, during the TWW when I was pregnant..well from about 8DPO anyway
