There is so much wonderful news in here from Mels and Possum! Congrats ladies. I'm very stoked for you.

As for me, I'm thinking of testing on Christmas morning (due to test on the 30th following FET on the 16th of Dec with a blastie). Then if I get a BFP I can wrap it up and give it to DH when we open our presents (just the two of us). Is that too early to test? I'm on a medicated FET, I don't know if that makes a difference. Opinions?

Ruth- depends what medication I guess...is there anything which could give a false positive? Otherwise it seems like you could go ahead and test! fingers crossed!

Mel- great results! how many days/weeks along are you now?...I musn't be too far behind you...

I am feeling happy, still shocked constantly when I think...I am pregnant!! It really has bowled DH and I over....especially after being told we really had so little chance naturally. I am anxious too, that it's ectopic etc...or I will lose this one too...but trying really hard to take it one day at a time, and enjoy the present...and worry only if there are signs to worry about

Well, there I was, trying to catch up with everyone's news, and constructing an email to you all, when I came across Possum's "am I, aren't I.....I am!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" news. Now I'm crying and just have to say Possums, when Dusty wrote the line about people supporting others when they need it themselves, I'm sure she meant you more than anyone. You have been an amazing support and inspiration to everyone and it's such a beautiful outcome that we all wished for you. I hope you can celebrate and enjoy the feeling soon without the lingering fear and doubts. Congratulations to you and your lovely man...yours is definitely a Christmas Miracle! Sooooo happy for you!

To all the girls in the excruciating 2ww at Christmas,

try not to put too much pressure on yourself if it didn't work for you this time around (or it doesn't happen by Christmas). Christmas is the worst time to be going through this and next year we can give ourselves all year. So sorry for you Kittycat, BecD,ibb, Missmagpie,Cuddlepie, Bella, JBM and anyone I've read and felt the pain with.

Miracles are miracles because they don't happen to everyone and they don't happen all the time...but they do happen! Mels and Possums...what unbelievably unexpected news from both of you. thanks so much for letting us be part of it and for inspiring us to keep believing it can happen.

The best advice I've seen here is "ignore all symptoms", especially when it comes to stim cycles. I had every single symptom you can think of....and I wasn't the slightest bit pregnant. Others had no symptoms and were. The drugs really mess you around so my advice again..."ignore all symptoms"!

Jen34, your line about the Nan naps made me laugh. I felt exactly the same, only I took the naps!! I figure the body, mind and hormones take such a battering, an LLD (little lie down) is not too much to ask.

Sue and Dellydoo...hang in there over christmas and be careful not to take too much on yourself. I was here last Christmas too. Take care and good luck.

JBM - give yourself the time and support you need and don't rush things

Grub - you're a dag! Have fun DTD thru Christmas. Hope you get a break to eat!

AFM...bit like Possums and Grub dtd naturally, not sure where in cycle, holding out no expectation...but of course hoping. I'm probably 6dpo. I was turned down for my 1st FET cycle, which kinda threw me. I wasn't expecting that and had to gulp back a tear when told no more treatment until FEb. Ouch...but hey, it's nearly Jan and soon Feb and I'm having fun.

Take care of yourselves and those precious cargoes and have a sane (yes I meant...sane) and happy Christmas,
    love Ange xox

    delly and neptune - thanks!
Ruth - thank you! and I will be praying hard for that Xmas day BFP for you!!
hi possums - hope you're feeling ok today! I think I am 16 DPO or 4 weeks and 2 days (but whose counting...!!) I triggered on Friday 5 Dec so I ovulated on Sat / Sun - which means that 4 weeks pg was about Sunday 21 Dec?? I just spoke to the clinic and I'm booking in for a scan at about 7 weeks on Tues 13 Jan (more counting down!). I guess you are about 3 or 4 days behind me? How exciting!!

Murph - thanks so much. And I reiterate your advice, I still have no pg symptoms (except some slight cramping in the evenings). Good luck for your natural cycle. xx

    hi everyone!

WOW such a happy place at the moment!

congrats mel and possums!!! im soooo jealous!

AFM- well im now 2 DPO on CD 15 and my fertility monitor went back down to low fertility, does this mean im not pregnant? as i have heard ppl say their monitors stayed on high fertility and it turned out they were pregnant, or is it too early for the hormones to change and in turn show up on the monitor? does anyone here use it? it also was confirmed with negative opk this morning and i also heard positive ones can indicate pregnancy, is this true? too early i know but would just like your thoughts.

Murph- good luck with trying naturally...sorry you couldn't fit in that FET...and that was good advice to everyone..christmas is a hard time when long term TTC

Mel- oh that's exciting...my nurse also suggested I try and be patient and wait for a 7 week scan ( I wanted to go earlier just to check it's not ectopic, but she said sometimes too early you cant see anything anyway).. and yes, by my reckoning I am currently 13DPO..hurry up first scans! we can be belly buddies

21andttc- sorry I am not sure on that...but wish you luck
