Everyone else, hope you have had a nice break over Christmas and are looking forward to a year of wonderful surprises too.
As for me - I did wrap up a test with a second line (this time darker!) for DH as a Christmas present with a little poem. He was completely suprised by it and of course over the moon. We aren't calling it 100% official until Tuesday which is our designated "testing day" according to the F.S. but it's looking good...
OMG Ruth!!! I'm tempted to write "congratulations", but I'll hold off until you are sure. I'm really happy for you and I'll wait out the next two days in tense anticipation. I don't know enough to tell whether it's safe to assume the best. Some of the other girls here are real veterans and they will jump up and down and tell you to get excited. Me...well I've never had so much as two lines on a ovulation test so I wouldn't have a clue. I will just hope like crazy that you're UTD and celebrate when you are.
Now go back to bed...what were you doing up at 5.44 (other than peeing!)
Ruth and Jen I am crying with happiness. I am so very happy for you both. Well I POASed and it is VERY faint. I will try again later but it is not looking good I think it is the Hcg leaving my body.
Well done to you both and I shall keep you posted and am certainly still hopeful but have to be realistic.

I had a big fright today I had 2 drops of brown spotting sorry tmi but it completely freaked me out. I felt like crying but we were visiting relo's at the time I had to keep it together. I pray everything is ok.

Murph I had my Nanna nap today after my scare it really helps. Hon u gave the best advice.

Jen- congratulations!!!! it made me smile to read your wonderful news..... we can try and not be too anxious together.... I know what you mean..you can hardly believe it's happened, then you hardly dare to believe everything will turn out OK....all I can say is try and enjoy it as much as you can (ok, easier said than done, and I'm not great at practicing what I preach ...but it's something to aim for )

just a quick note on brown spotting...I have been experiencing it ever since my BFP...it stopped yesterday, after 5 days during which I have been beside myself with worry...it's been really light...only there when I wipe (sorry TMI!)..but still...have my follow up BT tomorrow and I all is OK...am nervous...I do know that brown spotting can be OK.

Hi everyone...just wanted to say my HCG levels were on track today d progesterone also good...so the brown spotting seems to have been just a bit of old blood coming away

Im just popping in as im on the TWW but not much to report, i am on CD21 and feel tortured i just want to be pregnant so bad and i hate waiting for af along with dissapointment. i just woke up from a 2 hour sleep, ive been soooo tired so maybe just maybe....anyway congrats to all who have their little miracles i hope i have mine soon!

Peanut, Ruth, Jen, Mels, Possums - you all give me so much hope. my HPT was so faint it could be an evap so am so scared I am out. I have had a BT today and am still waiting for results - my FS said to text her at 4 which I did and still nothing. Am sure it is bad news.

You will quickly discover that the wait in here isn't all about you (like all the self-obsession of the drugs and IVF), it's about everyone together wishing the best for each other and sharing misery and happiness. I hope you find it easier in here than on your own counting down the days.

Well BT says VERY weak positive of 24. FS Not hopeful and I am absolutely gutted I now have to wait another 3 days to find out for sure and even then it is so weak.
