littlemissmoo and missk - sorry to hear of your news
krikkit fingers x'd!!
seph hope your body cooperates, GL for sunday :goodluck:
londonmiss ooohh very exciting for you! Congrats and fingers x'd too!!
Well, i'm not in the best frame tonight, i came home from work, and our gorgeous(!) 8mth old puppy had pulled 3 shrubs out of their pots and obviously had a marvellous time dragging them around the garden! I was so cranky with her! And now i'm cranky with myself for getting so cranky with her .... i think it's just the tww thing getting to me .... i cruise along, keeping fairly calm and then something happens and i tend to get a bit cranky  ..... deep breath, deep breath ..
think i'd better get organised and start chilling a bottle of vino too .... btw, love the PUPO (pregnant until proved otherwise)!
Oh, nearly forgot, on a positive note, i had a lovely dream last night where i was pregnant, and i had a lovely big belly! It was great, and i can recall it so vividly!
:bellyrubs: :baby: :babyneutral: :pregnant: :crossfingers:

sharon1977..... too late for me, I'm a lost coarse. I went out and got anther preg test, 3 pack this time... :P did one yesterday and one this morning, both were positive, but the line seems to be getting lighter, not darker :( and this morning there was a lil bit of pink discharge?? who knows what's going on... c'mon Saturday....
Miss K.... sorry to hear that things haven't worked out for you this month, best of luck for any future attempts
Theresep... You poor thing.. i know what it's like, hang in there. And out of curiosity what kind of dog do you have?

Ladies,
Big  to all those ladies who met their AF in the last few days. Looking forward to seeing a few more BFPs in here please - got to keep up those averages up Ladies! Here's my little cheersquad for you all :cheer:
I got my LH surge this morning, am about to ring the Clinic and book in the FET for Sunday. So I guess I'll be in the TWW from then, although really it'll be from today, seeing as AF usually arrives 13dpo. Trying not to think about it already, I just want it to be over...I have no real sense of anticipation this time, I'm so used to seeing BFNs that I think I'd fall off my chair if I ever did get a second line. Sorry, I know that sounds really negative, I'm really feeling fine, but perhaps my shell has hardened over the past few months.
Here's another :cheer: for you all going for BTs...GL

Springvalley - sorry to hear about the fading line... only 2 more sleeps till you know for sure.
Persephone1 - good luck with the FET, hope it all goes well.
theresep - I hear your pain! I have a cat who dislocated and fractured his back leg 3 weeks ago! We're (hopefully) onto the last week of getting a new cast put on but I woke up this am to clean up his mess under the computer desk! NOT IMPRESSED! :wall: Bloody thing is also sending me broke, will be just over $1000.00 by the time we're finised! :wall::wall:
AFM - Not looking forward to today, got bad cramping and all soreness has gone from my boobs. Am seriously thinking next month of not having the final blood test and just waiting by myself to see if af arrives. I'm fine dealing with it until the nice lady with the apologetic voice calls me to say sorry it didn't work then I fall to pieces! Last time I got the call on the weekend while I was out with a gf of 20yrs so not too bad, this time I'll be home with ds and hubby is at work. Going to try see if I can hang out at a friends place when the call is supposed to come so I can have a quiet cry while she entertains ds. Why is this so damn hard for good people who want to and are able to provide a loving home for a baby yet bloody druggies fall pg at the drop of a hat! It's not fair! :wall:
Rant over.
-
oops... I did it again!
Not really.. I did it on purpose!
I managed to POAS this morning again before i did my last pregnyl injection.
I got a very faint positive again :crossfingers: its a real :bfp:
Roll on Monday, when I have my BT.
Persephone1 - good luck with your FET on Sunday
Miss K - sorry about your news
LondonMiss - sounds like good news!
theresep - I thought I was the only one who got cranky, feels like your a different person - doesnt it!?
sharon1977 - baby dust, I hope you get some good news soon.
Baby dust to everyone else

Hi Ladies,
I am also once again in the TWW and had forgotten the anticipation and tummy butterflies that go with it.
Sept 08 I finally had a DS after 5 rounds of IVF and the other day had a FET of the two snow babies from my DS's cycle.
I am like others and have tried to not be tempted to do a POAS, the waiting is the hard part.
Krikit: Hope that BFP is a good sign and you get that wonderful news after BT.
Sending everyone sticky vibes and wishing everyone good luck.:stickyvibesgirl::bluedust:

Hello ladies. I'm really sorry to hear about the arrival of various wicked witches. The monotony of menstruation.
Well, I went to the docs this morning and did a blood test (having had another (and was supposed to be last) positive poas this morning. They rang me just now and said it was good news and bad news which is never very reassuring... my beta level is lower than they would like and there may be three causes: a) my IUI implantation was later than they thought it was b) testing a day early means it's too low (and possibly both a and b together) or c) it's just not a very good pregnancy. (or I suppose all three). And I thought it would just be a yes or a no!
They said it was an ok 'score' and I should continue to be hopeful and excited, which obviously meant that I waited until I put the phone down and cried my eyes out. I rang DH and he said, well you just went too soon didn't you.... it's easy to see who is the pragmatic one in our relationship and which one the emotional!
So I have another blood test on Saturday. This is all probably too much information and/or you've been through it and know about this already but I think if I've been guilty of anything in this process its never learning that there are a lot more things that can go wrong than I thought. A year and a half ago, I thought you came off the pill, soft lighting, bottle of wine, bobs your uncle, up the duff. If only!

[Theresep... You poor thing.. i know what it's like, hang in there. And out of curiosity what kind of dog do you have?[/QUOTE]
Hi springvalley, we have a full of beans kelpie/cattle X! And even when i get cranky with her, she always comes back wagging her tail and wanting to lick you to death!!
Well, i've repotted those plants, and now i only have one more sleep until BT! I'm feeling pretty calm.... this may sound harsh, but i just want an answer, either way, so i can get on with my life again!! had some acupuncture again today, and my acupuncturist said my pulse had a good response..... didn't want to ask for more info on this, i was happy enough to hear the 'good response' bit!! I've saved all my housework for tomorrow while i'm waiting for the phone call - need to be doing something constructive, and i need to be busy when i'm waiting for important news!
seph GL for you FET on Sunday :goodluck:
krikkit sounds like good news! And no, you're not the only one who gets out the cranky pants... i'm the worst when i have to take the pill before i start the ivf drugs
babydreams welcome and goodluck
londonmiss oh no, they're teasing you - right when you want a straight out yes/no!! :crossfingers:
:loveshower: :confetti: :pregnant: :bellyrubs:
-
whoops! I did something the wrong way in my post above..... hope you all work it out!!
-
I'm out this month. Got the phone call today from the very apologetic lady telling me she didn't have good news.
Crap!
Oh well...
-
oh no Sharon, so sorry to hear of your terrible news :grouphug:
Hope your puddy cat recovers from the leg fracture without costing too much more, and can be there for you to rant and rave to. Pets are the best listeners, and they never say the wrong thing in response! Take care xx
-
Oh Sharon, I am so sorry to hear your news. Hugs
LondonMiss: Yes those aren't the type of phonecalls you are expecting to hear. I was also confused when I got one like that too. The positive thing is that there is preg hormone so fingers crossed that it continues to rise and you can really celebrate on Saturday. Take care and sending lots of positive vibes.
theresep: Hope the bloods went well this morning and that the house work keeps you occupied until you get that call. Fingers crossed.
I had a crampy tummy last night, not sure if it was something I ate, my endo or something I don't want to occur about to happen. This waiting certainly isn't fun , esp if you are impatient.

Holy moley girls.... bugger the housework.... i have a BFP !!!

My nurse said my levels were very high, but still need to continue taking progesterone pessaries, and they will wean me off them over the next few weeks.

He's in shock, and said he will now have to try really hard not to tell anyone.... you betcha, this will be our little secret until atleast 10weeks! (Well, apart from my best friend who new we were doing the FET, and my sister) .... oh, and probably my parents, who are travelling at the moment, and hard to get in contact with anyway! But def. not DH's mum, she will be sure to get the grapevine going!
Ok, i'm really starting to ramble here, so a huge goodluck to all those who will be testing shortly!! :goodluck: :crossfingers: :confetti:

Hi girls i hope you dont mind me jumping in....
We had transfer today of 2x day 6 blasties.
TMI....i need some advice,i just went to the toilet and i have fresh
blood and cramping and its only been 6 hours since transfer.
I also have a stabbing pain up my woohoo when i move.
Im freaking out big time
-
Mumofsix.... I think calling the doctor would be the best bet in this situation. I do remember after my ET the doctor did say that there would most likely be some cramping, and that sometimes this is accompanied by some bleeding, but only small amounts. I guess it depends on how much blood. If you are going through pads you really should give your nurse a call. They usually give you an after hours number.
I did have a small amount of blood, but it was on day 2 after ET and it was more of a pink colour then red.
Good luck, I hope it all works out ok for you
-
hi all,
Just thought I'd pop in & say a big fat congratulations theresep & springvalley yay yay yay yay yay!!!!!!!!!! We have an appt in a months time with our FS to discuss our next treatment we only have one left in the freezer so not sure if to we should do another FET or to start a whole fresh cycle hmmmm.
Mumofsix - I had bleeding for about a day after my transfer. Not enough to soak a pad, but just had to wear a liner for a day or two. I had a lot of trouble with the transfer so they said to expect some slight bleeding but all cleared up shortly after. I agree though, best to give them a call, especially if you're also experiencing pain.
Good luck to everyone else who is still in the looooooong TWW!!
-
Yaaaayyyyyyyyy... I got the phone call from my nurse today, and she gave the the fantastic news. It's a :bfp: I can't stop smiling... she said it was a good result of 400.. whatever that means, anything over 100 is good (as far as i know)????
I know it is only early days yet, but this is the best news we have gotten so far.
A big sprinkle of :bluedust: to everyone.. and the very best of luck to you all :D I hope to see some more :bfp: soon
-
Theresep & springvalley - guess what!!! I'm in!!!
Oh my goodness - I am pregnant... I thought I might be as suddenly everyone on the tram STINKS! We're off to celebrate now by walking the dog (wild things)
thank you all for your support and messages recently, I think I might have ended up in an asylum without someone else to dissect/ explain the calls/ acronyms/ etc.
very very very very best of luck to everyone on the two week wait.
-
Congratulations londonmiss, and the very best of luck to you.. :happyforyou:
-
theresep, springvalley and londmiss - Congratulations!! :bluecheer: :cheer:
It is wonderful to see some more BFP's in here and fantastic that your dreams are finally becoming reality.. Wishing you all a H&H 9 months ahead.
-
Hi Ladies,
Hope it's O.K for me to jump in here.
OMG look at all the :bfp: How exciting :) Congratulations to you all.
Had my FET on 8th and finding it really hard with the TWW. On all previous Transfers I have run around doing all the usual things. But this time I am going to take things easy and put my feet up for the next 8 days. See if that makes a difference :)
Good luck to everyone.
-
Springvalley and Londonmiss that is the most wonderful news!!!! It's hard to wipe the smile off hey?!
DH and I had dinner last night with my BF and her DH, and they knew our good news, and my dear BF bought me the book 'Up the Duff'. This was when i got teary - it's been 4 yrs to the month where we stopped using contraception, and we are just so happy.
The very best wishes for a H&H pregnancy to you both, and to all who are still to test, goodluck!! :goodluck:
:pink-babydust: :bluedust:

Hi everyone,
Hope you don't mind me jumping on as well. Big congratulations to all those who got their BFPs! Yey!!
For those ladies that are out, I'm really sorry and I hope it happens for you really soon
I've had a day 6 blastie transferred yesterday, it's my second transfer. Feels like it's taken forever to get here. Can anyone please tell me when the implantation would take place if I was to get a BFP? I olulated on Tuesday which was CD12, and I'm currently on CD17. So far I've had some cramping but no spotting (didn't have any spotting with my last BFP). I thought implantation with day 5 or 6 blastie is 1 or 2 days....??
Danyelle, good luck hun!! Nice to see you in here. Hope you get your BFP hun
Hugs

theresep, springvalley and LondonMiss...... CONGRATULATIONS!!!!
:happyforyou::leap::cheer::bluecheer:
Soooooo happy for you guys! I was really down this month with my negative, for some reason it affected me more than last, so have been avoiding this thread, but came back in and it's really perked me up and given me hope to see all your :bfp:
I hope you all have a nice, happy, boring pregnancy!!!
-
Wow, I have been away for two days and we have 3 POSITIVES.
That is fantastic news.
Beta70: I also had a day 6 blastie transfer (last weekend) and I think that you are right about implantation taking a day or two after that. Here's hoping that it sticks.:stickyvibesgirl:
Danyelle: Yes the TWW can be frustrating and seem to take forever. Hope that you manage to get that rest and good luck with this cycle.
KayKay: You're one day closer to testing. Good luck.
Mumof6: I hope that the cramping has eased and that oyu are feeling better.
I have until Wednesday to wait, it is becoming a tad hard not to think about it.
Wishing everyone all the best with this cycle and to those who are Mummies underway once again a huge congratulations and wishing you a wonderful pregnancy.:p
-
Babydreams, thanks hun and seding lots of :stickyvibesboy: your way too. I  that you get your BFP! I think I'll have my BT around 23/7.
I thought the 2WW was going to be a breeze, but I'm already finding it a bit hard....what to do?!
-
Congratulations and big :cheer: for all those fabulous BFP's over the past couple of days, so excited for you and wishing you all lovely big fat H&H pregnancies!
AFM - Had a Day 2 embryo transferred this morning. It wasn't a particularly positive experience, with the FS telling us that they'd had to thaw three embryos in order to get the one which was transferred - so we've got one on board, and 7 in the freezer. I know that's still a fantastic number, and I'm grateful for that, but we started with 15 only 6 months ago...so feeling a bit sad about that. We've managed to halve that number with only 5 transfers.
Otherwise, feeling okay. BT won't be until Monday 27 July, as the Clinic will be closed on the Sunday. So, a TWW + a Day for me. No doubt AF will let me know whether I have to wait that long anyway.
Have to go. I really enjoy the support on BB, but sometimes shutting myself away is better for me - I'll stick me head in over the next fortnight and let you know how I'm going, and how close to insanity I get this time.
GL for those testing this week, will be thinking of you.

Initially I have to say  Congratulations to the lucky ladies who have received wonderful news over the last few days, and hugs to all who did not receive good news.
It seems a long time since I have posted in this TWW thread, however I thought I would cautiously post, and I hope to continue to keep a level head throughout the remainder of our 4th and god willing last cycle.
Two Blastie's transfered this morning, our first transfer ever with Blasts, which at my ripe age, I feel proud about, however, I am, at this point remaining calm, accupuncture this morning, and again on Wed
Best of luck fellow TWW ers  Chin Chin to everyone, at least I can use Dry July as an excuse as to why I am not drinking
Beama, I have seen many times at which point a Blast may implant, in this TWW thread ages ago, I googled without much success, however, I would presume it would have to be within two days of transfer
-
Hi Girls,
Seph, I really pray for a lovely BFP for you hun . I understand you not wanting to be on belly all the time, I went through that myself a couple of months ago, when I was waiting for my uterus to heal before I did my FET, and it seemed like everyone around me were getting their BFPs. Big hugs hun
Wouldloveabubba, here we are in the 2WW! Can't believe it. GL hun, I also pray your embies are sticky ones and that you'll have something special to celebrate soon
GL and lots of :stickyvibesboy: for everyone waiting for their results.

What's the chances!
Morning all, off for my final BT this morning.
I thought I would be smart and be hubby to get me a PT last night so I could POAS first thing this morning.
I woke up POAS - then nothing. NOTHING. No control line, it was faulty! Stupid forelife brand! A line showed up after about 30 min - but I can't trust that.
So fate intervined and now I have to wait till this arvo for the results. I doubt I am pregnant though, I am prepared for bad news.
Sticky vibes to everyone and I will pop back this arvo with the out come.
-
GL Kristy, I have absolutely everything crossed for you :crossfingers: :goodluck:

Wow Ladies, just WOW.
Seems like July is a good month, I pray that it can be for all of us... I am so happy for all 3 of you gals who finally have a positive outcome. I dont think that people who havent been through what we all have can truely understand the MAGNITUDE of what this means. Huge hugs for all of you.
Implantation occurs anywhere between Day 7 and Day 10. If you have a D6 Blasty then its all go within the next few days if its going to happen. Some women can actually feel it when it happens but usually not. Apparently implantation bleeding is actually quite rare but it does happen. In our cases we would probibly put it down to the transfer if we have blastys going in.
Afm, no AF (that itch with a B) thus far. A bit of pain in the area but I think thats because of the difficulty the FS getting to my eggs. I have been falling asleep in the afternoons which is RARE for me (thank goodness Im working from home atm!) and (.)(.) are big and painful. I know its the pregnal though, I had the last injection on saturday morning. I am actually trying to detach from the entire thing now. I guess I am preparing for the worst... deep sigh. So hard to be positive sometimes.
Oh well, guess I better eat now, damn pregnal makes me STARVING hungry all the time.
I've got fingers and toes crossed for everyone.
Hugs
Sammie
