just a quick post.i just got back from seeing gp.verdict on stomach pains is pelvic inflammitory disease...... so not what i wanted to hear.i had it about 5 yrs ago and i think thats what started causing fertility problems for me.he said it would more than likely be the cause for cycle bein over the place too.so now it looks like i have even less fertility.Dp was shocked when i told him when he rang me.im feeling sorry for myself at the moment, spent most of time crying since i left dr.got appointment to see him again thursday to get ressults from a bunch of blood tests he ordered too.

MHIC i hope your levels keep rising while you are away and that the bleeding is nothing serious.

Im going to go take myself off and have a spa bath, complete with a vodka and chocolate, i figure im entitled to it today

MHIC enjoy your time away. Hopefully the little bit of blood is just normal. Stay positive as you do a level of pregnancy hormone so that's a good sign the levels keep rising

Trubabe not that I know much about what's going on with you (as I have unexplained infertility) but from some of the posts I've read on here a lot of the women who have medical issues seem to consult with FS rather then their doctors. Maybe it's something you might want to consider so that if you do need to go down the IVF path they have your history etc. Maybe do some research on the FS at the clinic you are thinking of going to too see if they specialise in your condtion. And don't feel bad about treating yourself when you feel down you deserve to.

    Question Question!!!

    Hey ladies,

You might have seen my earlier post today but I have a question for you all with regards to the blood I have seen today!

I'm 14DPO and 8DPT. Because I have seen this blood today, anyone have any ideas on what it might be???? Have seen some articles that say implantation can occur up to 14 days after ovulation!!!!

Just trying to put my mind at ease.

    Thanks in advance!!!

Motherhood, you are very right. You can get some implantation bleeding. But whats important is that you rest up as much as you can regardless. Don't think about it as a negative try to find the positive. It's really hard I know but try to go on holiday and relax. We all have our for you sweety

Afm- last night i found my copy of report from when i had my last laparoscopy, i never had gotten around to reading it.it said the hsg that was done at same time showed that my left tube didnt spill the dye so is most likely blocked and there was scarring on left side too.now with p i d on right side im trying to get DP to understand why its better to hopefully go straight to ivf

    Hi girls

Hope your days are going well!

I'm officially back in the TWW, had my IUI (with frozen as DH is away again) today, earlier than expected. Can't believe that I actually got to the stage of having it done, after last month's cancellation! That's one hurdle down. Have promised myself I won't POAS before the test date this month... God knows I POAS'd enough on the OPKs, just to make sure! Does anyone else hate those things as much as me? At least with a HPT, a line is a line - you don't have to decide whether its dark enough or not

Trubabe - to you. I know its depressing when you get diagnosed with yet another thing, I guess the positive side is that a) you know what you're up against and b) the pains you've been having can be explained. When I started seeing my FS and got diagnosed with another couple of things wrong with me, on top of what I already knew... I was devastated for a day or two and really angry at my body. But then I realised that at least I knew what was causing our problems, so in a way it was a relief. Forewarned is forearmed, don't they say?

Rob - congrats on the transfer! Hope it all went well.

Terry - hope your transfer goes well, is it tomorrow?

Fingers crossed for all of you in here!

Leabie great that hear your back on track hopefully this is the last one for you send you heaps of

Your advice to Trubabe makes sense sometimes I wish there was something wrong with me that way I could deal with it the fact that its unexplained can get really frustrating.

AFM I'm scheduled for my FET tomorrow morning 8.40 so that I have at least one thaw out nicely. I've taken the day off work so I'm going to get it done have some acupunture and relax watching trashy tv and reading...hoping this will make a difference

great news that you have now had your iui leabie.i hope it is successful.

Yes its good to have some answers but then i now have more questions lol.with how drs app went yesterday with having p i d im wondering whether after our fs app two weeks today whether we are able to do an iui cycle straight away as planned or whether there isnt much chance for us of it working and need to go straight to ivf.if thats the case it will prob be next year before ivf.pretty sure i ovulated yesterday so in tww myself now but dont expect anything to come of it

Thanks Terry and trubabe, I'm hoping that it works!

Terry - I've got everything crossed for you for a good thaw. Great idea to take the day off - relaxing can never have a negative effect, I reckon! lol I can understand how unexplained fertility could make you - its the devil and the deep blue sea, knowing or not knowing. You just hang in and keep thinking positively

trubabe - ask as many questions as you need to of your doc and FS. And keep your fingers crossed for this tww too! I do for you. Its good that the FS appointment is only 2 weeks away.

Rob - great news! Love the lazy butt call, like trubabe!

GOOD LUCK to everyone else in here too

sorry af showed her ugly head nicole.

    good luck today terry.

Leabie i have been writing questions down ready for FS appointment.its good that ts now less than 2 weeks away as when we made appointment it was around seven weeks to wait.My biggest question will be can we still do iui in december like we hoped or with the scarring and p i d and blocked tube (not including all the other stuff) is it too risky (with higher chance of ectopic) and do we need to totally give it a miss and go straight to ivf? that would mean waiting til next year most likely
