Kate, hang in there, it only takes one! Just because the others didn't make it, doesn't mean this little one won't. Was it a five day transfer?
I'll tell you our stats:
IVF stim cycle- we got 10 eggs, then only 3 fertilised and I was so worried, then two made it to day 5, one was transferred and one frozen. That cycle ended in a BFN.
That meant we had just one left and it would have to survive the freeze and thaw, so we worried about it.
Now, that one remaining embie, not only survived the thaw, but successfully implanted inside me and is now growing. It only takes one. I really hope this is your one.
Dont forget PMS signs can also be pregnancy signs, it's so hard to tell the difference.
There are many others on here who have only had one embryo to transfer and that embryo has gone on to be their baby.
