Padma, my clinic advises that around 50-75% of eggs should fertilise. So I guess 4 from 8 is within normal limits. However, it could be worth discussing the possibility of using ICSI with future cycles.

I'm afraid that I've never really found much that helps with the hot flushes, apart from trying to keep yourself as cool as possible when they hit and increasing the amount of water you drink. I seem to get less hot flushes when I'm drinking more water.
