For anovulatory cycles, is it possible to receive treatment with Puregon/HCG trigger to induce ovulation, but DTD rather than having an IUI or ET?
I only ask because I have always responded well to Puregon/HCG, but Clomid doesn't seem to work for me. DH has poor sperm count and motility, but we're not really ready to jump back into full-on AC at the moment, as we've recently had an unsuccessful FET (1 embie) and our other 3 embies didn't survive the thaw. We can't really afford to do another stim cycle at the moment either.
So, is it possible? And would it have to be monitored by a FS or an OB?

(huge count and good motility) and i had good follicles infact one cycle they cancelled because i had too many and we still DTD with no joy and i got BFP on my first IUI so i dont know how successful Ovulation induction actually is? Have you been able to get any stats?
