My embryo didn't make it and I am having a little break from sadness of last 3 weeks till I start my next cycle.

I am sorry your embie did not make it Trish, you did not need something else bad at this time. Look after yourself and I know when you have taken some time you will be back to your old happy, resilient, supportive, gorgeous self.
